Chapter 8 - KANTIPUR

Ami smiled.

"Truly, you have amazing powers. By the way, which city are you from? As far as I know, I have never seen such power in people of any city until today. You are truly amazing."

"Besides, you haven't been to other cities yet, so how do you know that such powers don't exist with anyone else?" Zayn said.

"Don't you think you're talking a bit too much today?" Nia muttered.

Zers remained silent and simply looked at the two of them. Seeing this, Nia became quiet.

"What happened in Leron village must be reported to the Lord of Kantipur. Then we will have to return to our city from there."

Hearing Zers's words, Nia said, "Does that mean these people will stay in Kantipur City?"

"Yes…" Zers said.

"But Captain, can't these two come with us? Now that we have also seen Raazi's power, if we keep her with us, we can become the most powerful team in the coming time," Ami said.

"That is not possible. If we do not inform the Lord of Kantipur, we could get into trouble. Now what will happen to Raazi and Sen is in the hands of the Lord. That is why we cannot do anything."

His stomach growled softly.

Raazi said shyly, "I haven't eaten anything for a long time. That's why such a sound is coming from my stomach."

The carriage stopped. Zers went outside and saw that they were standing in front of the main gate of Kantipur City.

All of them got down from the carriage.

The sky was completely clear. Sunlight was falling on the surrounding walls and trees. The gate in front was very large. Two soldiers were standing in front of it. One of them stepped forward and asked,

"Where have you come from? Are you Denlop?"

"Yes…" Zers said.

"Alright, then you may go," the soldier said.

"But you cannot take your carriage inside."

"Yes, we know. We have come here before, so there is no need to tell us," Ami said.

All of them began walking inside the gate.

"By the way, what does Denlop mean?" Sen asked.

"Teams like ours are called Denlop. Every city has its own Denlop. Denlop members follow only the Lord's orders. We are currently at a very low level."

"Which level?" Sen asked Zayn.

"Yes… there are a total of five levels in Denlop. Out of them, we are currently at Level One," Zayn said.

Zers said, "Come on. I will go to the palace now. Until then, you all can explore this place."

Raazi hesitantly asked, "Why don't we eat something?"

Agreeing with his words, all of them went to a hotel.

It was a two-story building. On the board above it was written—

"Only Denlop are allowed here."

Seeing what was written on the board, Razi asked,

"Can't the two of us go inside?"

Ami smiled and said, "You don't need to worry. I'm here."

Saying this, she held Razi's hand and took him inside.

Just then, a man wearing white clothes came there. He said to them,

"Welcome, dear customers."

"You chose to come to this place. It makes me happy. I am the chef of this hotel. You can call me Doon."

Saying this, he took all of them to a table.

"I don't think food like the one from my world will be available in this place," Raazi thought.

There was a wooden table that was decorated very nicely. When Raazi went closer and looked, he saw that some other people were also sitting there. They all went and sat at that table.

"I will bring the most delicious and famous dish of this hotel for you," Doon said.

"Alright, bring that," Zayn said.

Raazi asked Ami, "Won't your captain be eating with us?"

"No, he has gone to the palace for some work. Until then, we will stay at this place."

With one hand in his pocket, in his own style, Zers was walking inside the palace.

"Will it be right to inform the Lord? I don't know what will happen to those two," Zers thought.

Just then, the Lord's adviser arrived there.

"Are you looking for someone?" he asked, then told Zers to follow him.

The two of them walked and reached in front of a room. In front of that room were two big flower pots. As they entered inside, there was another man in the room wearing a brown, chocolate-colored jacket that reached from his shoulders down to his feet.

"You both can wait here for the Lord."

"Nice to meet you. I am Huya."

Why do I feel like we have met before? Zers thought, but he couldn't remember.

"Have we met before?" Zers asked Huya.

Smiling, he said, "Yes, I felt the same. But this is our first meeting."

Sen's face was filled with sadness.

Ami asked him, "What happened? Are you okay? You didn't even eat properly."

"Do… do you know what happened in our village?"

Hearing this, silence spread everywhere.

"Grandmother, where are you?" he said, and tears started coming from his eyes.

"Why are you crying? Did someone kidnap your grandmother? If something like that has happened, I will bring your grandmother back for you. You don't need to cry," Ami said lovingly.

Getting up from the chair, Raazi stood beside Sen. With a sweet smile on his face, gently moving his hand over Sen's head, he said, "You know how powerful I am, so don't worry. Somehow, I will definitely find your grandmother."

Feeling his hand on his head like that, Sen remembered the same words his grandmother had once said to him—now our prophecy is about to come true.

Sen wiped the tears from his eyes.

Seeing this, Ami softly muttered, "I said the same thing too."

Hearing this, she said, "There is a big difference between what you and Raazi said."

I don't know what happened in Leron village and who kidnapped Sen's grandmother, Raazi thought.

"It seems we arrived late," Kai said to Muero.

They were in Leron village.
