"You… you're Longinus?
Why aren't you with Magellan suppressing the riot in Infinite Hell?!"
Naiozu's face twisted in panic.
Of all the prisoners in Impel Down, none understood Longinus's terror more intimately than him.
He could still feel the despair from that day—
when his Mimic-Mimic puppet was pierced through the skull by a single flying Shigan.
And it was this man who tore apart almost every puppet he controlled…
forcing their plan to begin prematurely.
This guy…
was a monster on the same level as Magellan and Jin!
Longinus smiled as he walked forward step by step.
"Judging by your reaction, you seem to know me.
So—you must be the pirate who worked with Jin?"
"D-Don't come any closer! Stay away from me!"
Naiozu shrieked like a cornered girl being forced against a wall.
"Captain Naiozu, what's wrong?
Even if he's strong, he's still just one man!"
a nearby pirate said, confused.
"That's right!"
Naiozu regained a sliver of courage after hearing that.
"With so many powerful subordinates by my side, I'm not relying on those weak puppets anymore!"
His voice forced confidence it didn't have.
"Longinus! If you let us go now, I can overlook what happened earlier.
Otherwise… don't blame me when I start a massacre!"
"Oh? With this bunch of disposable fodder?"
Longinus chuckled softly.
"I'd like to see how exactly you plan to 'massacre' me."
He continued approaching—
—then exploded into motion.
A tiger leaping into a flock of sheep.
Slaughter began instantly.
These pirates once had bounties above 100 million—but that was years ago.
Now, after endless torture, starvation, exhaustion, and psychological collapse…
they were nothing more than broken failures.
Compared to Felix from a year ago, they were even weaker.
In terms of speed—
they had just escaped from Frozen Hell, their blood barely circulating.
Most didn't even see Longinus move before they were pulped by a single punch.
In terms of offense—
the hidden blade between Longinus's fingers cut through steel like warm butter.
Against decayed flesh and ruined bodies, it sliced effortlessly.
In mere moments—
the floor was littered with corpses and twitching limbs.
"Hold the line! We can win!"
Naiozu's voice cracked.
How do you fight an enemy so fast you can't even see him?
Are his subordinates made of paper?
One touch meant death.
"He already killed almost everyone in Blazing Hell!
He must be exhausted!
So why… why isn't he slowing down?!"
Naiozu trembled as he stared at the sea of corpses.
Suddenly, an idea flashed across his mind.
"I get it!
He must be at his limit!
To conserve stamina, he's using the simplest, most efficient killing method—
so every attack is a killing blow!"
His confidence surged.
"As long as we hold out—victory will be ours!"
Hearing this foolish declaration, Longinus finally smiled—
a twisted smile.
Exhausted? Impossible.
A tide of life force surged into his body with every kill.
His condition was better than ever.
As long as he kept slaughtering,
he could continue fighting forever—like a perpetual motion machine made of blood.
His only limiting factor was mental strain—
but his soul was monstrously strong.
Even ten days and nights of nonstop battle wouldn't faze him.
"Jin! Get back here!!"
A furious roar shook the depths of Infinite Hell.
"Hahahahaha! Director Yarvis—choose!
Capture me—
or suppress the infamous monsters the World Government fears so much?!
They're at their weakest right now!
Miss this chance… and you'll never get another!"
For a man who lived under brutal restraint for years, Jin now laughed wildly, madness bursting free.
The choice wasn't difficult.
Both sides could use Geppo, but only one had the wings of a pteranodon—the true ruler of the sky.
One side: Jin, whose speed dwarfed all others.
The other: weakened legends of Infinite Hell.
Yarvis decided almost instantly.
"Jin… you ruthless bastard! Pray you never fall into my hands!"
"Relax…
that day will never come!"
Jin beat his wings—
and tore straight through the ceiling of Infinite Hell, blasting into Frozen Hell above.
"I don't have long.
The monsters below won't delay Yarvis for too long.
I must escape now."
His eyes glinted darkly.
"But before I leave—
I'll kill that Marine brat who ruined everything."
The floor of Blazing Hell shattered as Jin swooped upward like a flaming eagle riding the freezing wind.
By now, only five survivors remained.
Longinus paused mid-slaying, gazing up with interest.
"Escaped already?
Seems you're luckier than I expected."
"But your luck ends here."
Naiozu, collapsed on the floor, crawled toward Jin in panic.
"Jin! Take me with you!
That man is a monster—no, a devil! He's a DEVIL!"
Jin glanced at him—
and felt nothing but disgust.
With a flap of his wings—
he unleashed several razor-sharp air blades.
Naiozu was shredded into a fountain of blood and meat.
Longinus sighed.
"Harsh.
He was your partner for a time."
"Hmph! I don't have time for your nonsense."
Jin's flames roared to life.
"Now—
let me send you to real hell!"
Bathed in scorching flames, Jin dove like a phoenix reborn.
Longinus's expression sharpened.
His right fist glowed with warm, milky-white light—
sunlight condensed into a strike.
Fist and beak collided.
A storm of light erupted.
Circular shockwaves rippled across the air.
The blast hurled the sea of flames outward, sending the remaining pirates screaming in agony.
Longinus grit his teeth.
His right hand felt like it was being burned through—
not by physical fire,
but by Jin's will, turned into flame.
But Jin suffered far worse.
His massive pteranodon body was blown back like a toy,
slamming through a wall—
and burying him beneath the rubble.
