"It doesn't look like it's in very good shape." Izack pointed at the camera Hiro held.
"It isn't." The beta let out a dry laugh. "Isn't it obvious? Truth is… The quality isn't nearly as good anymore. The autofocus works whenever it feels like it, the colours aren't as sharp, and sometimes it randomly decides that everything should be darker than it actually is."
"Then why keep it? Why use it, even?" The alpha asked, genuinely curious.
The blond-haired man remained quiet for a brief moment before looking through the viewfinder.
"I don't know." His finger adjusted the focus ring out of habit. "I guess… I've gotten attached to it." He smiled to himself. "I bought this when I first started taking photography seriously. Back then, I couldn't afford anything better. With my own money."
