At the Sect, Xiao Yan sat on the edge of a cliff in his dream, reliving the attack of Nem and the Ansha's intervention.

He awoke with a start, shivering, heart pounding. Water splashed over his face as he tried to steady himself. He headed straight to HaoNan.

"HaoNan!" he called.

"Young Master, you've regained your memories," she said gently.

"I… I'm sorry," Xiao Yan said, voice heavy with grief.

"The Lord foresaw this. Don't blame yourself, for his sake," HaoNan said softly.

"Why… why didn't he tell me?" Xiao Yan asked, the weight of destiny pressing down on him.

"There was a prophecy. He was destined to die by your hands. That's why he allowed it to happen while you knew not," HaoNan explained, eyes full of sorrow.

"Father… I've failed you," Xiao Yan whispered, kneeling by the river, hands in the water, silent tears falling.

HaoNan's voice was calm but firm. "You need to continue your journey. Defeat the evil god and restore peace to the universe."

"I'm not your young master anymore," Xiao Yan replied, voice heavy with exhaustion and sorrow.

"Young Master!" she called.

"I can't continue like this," he said, finally releasing her hand.

He then leaves
