Summer is drawing to a close, I have spent the vast majority in my home, probably around 30% of that was with Sakurako. I have still not invited Randan to my house and I have no intention of doing that as of
now. I am with Sakurako again, we are finishing some preparation for the material we're gonna start in a couple days. It was September 3rd.
"Wait a minute.."
"Hmm?"
"Sakurako, are you left-handed?"
"I am actually"
"You're always writing with your right hand though.."
"So then why'd you assume I'm left handed?"
"Because your handwriting is immaculate. Far neater than with your right"
"Very astute. I write with my right hand because I'm trying to become ambidextrous"
"What an interesting goal"
"It never hurts to pick up more skills does it?"
"You're right about that"
I hadn't known she was left-handed. I wonder why she decided to write that way today..
"How come you're using your left today?"
"I felt like doing it, so I did"
"How you that is"
I know Santhush is left-handed as well, but other than that they were a rarity to me, a curious surprise.
"Are you done yet?"
"Huh- whuh??" I was caught very off-guard.
"Done staring at me that is. You've got work to do.."
"I uhh..yeah.."
"Not that I mind but just keep it to a minimum.."
"Absolutely"
Finished studies, had dinner, cleaned up. The big three checked off, and I am done for the night. I'll have to see Sakurako off, but other than that I'm all good.
"It's beautiful, the sky, the stars"
"I love the night sky, it's seriously pretty"
"I was into constellations quite a bit a while back, I still remember a few"
"As if it's only a few, you remember all the ones you learned don't you"
"Maybe.."
"As expected the memory queen strikes again"
"The memory queen??"
"You've an impeccable memory, you know. I can't even hold a candle to you on that"
"I've never really thought about it.."
"Figures"
We wandered to the station, it was barely bright out now, the sun was setting completely.
"Are you gonna be fine on your own from the train?"
"Yes I'll be alright, there hasn't been any problems before"
"Alright, make sure to be careful"
"Of course I will"
"See you later then" I said, as I waved her off.
"You too" She got onto the train as the grin on her face faded. I could see it as the doors closed. I wonder why.
