Ascensio — ascent by accumulation, not by leap
Meaning: "The principle that enforces the future."
ORIGIN
Chronarch was not born.
He was elevated.
When the Grand Clock entered its phase of perfect administration, the Zodiac Law Capricorn—Ascension and Inevitability—required an executor beyond an Administrator's neutrality. The future had become too heavy to remain abstract.
Thus, Capricorn condensed its mandate into a singular will.
That will became Chronarch.
He was the first being to embody a law so completely that the law could no longer deny responsibility for its outcomes.

Chronarch did not predict futures.
He locked them.
Futures were no longer possibilities → they were obligations
Progress ceased to be a choice → it became compliance
Delay was treated as error → resistance as inefficiency
Where Capricorn ensured ascent was possible,
Chronarch ensured ascent was mandatory.
