This is the first day Luz and the other report duty at the Imperial Alliance. They will be working at Crime Investigation Department. As the three of them walk into the department, all the officers already line up lead by Noir. They all saluted at him after Noir given them command.
"Greeting all's. I'm Lieutenant Luz Rubeus. This is Sergeant Mavi Saphir and Sergeant Rosa Perla. I hope all of us can work together as a team from now on." Luz introduced himself and his two friends.
They all clapped their hand and welcoming the three of them into the department. Noir introduced all of the members department to the three of them. The others just smile how comfortable Noir talking with Luz. Each of them has the same thought that Luz is the one suitable for their she-devil Sergeant. Some smirking to each other while Violet shaking her head as she knew what the smirk meaning of.
"We will get into the training field after this. All of you need to show what you can do with your power so that I can give a suitable role to all of you." Luz said. The other members looking at each other.
"Lieutenant, we all already have our roles in the department." Ian said.
"I know, but we have new members including me here. So, I need to reconstruct our roles so that we can work more efficiently." Luz replied making all of them understand Luz intention.
Luz order them to group up into three groups: the Elementalist, the Fareed and the Dualist. All of the members including himself went to the group based on their power.
"So, only I'm the only one Dualist here. And two Fareed." Luz jolted down into his note.
"Do we have any Untamed here?" He asked again and there no respond from all of them.
"Now, group into your own element power." Luz ordered again and all of them group up with their own element power.
"So, we have 5 members with earth power, 5 members with fire power, 3 members with water power including me, 3 members with light power including me, 2 members with dark power, one with ice power, one with thunder power and one with wind power." Luz summarised.
"Wow Lieutenant you have light and water power." Wellis amazed. Luz just smiles.
"Gin, Cherry the two of you the only group of dark element. Usually, you two team up with whom?" Luz asked.
"We always team up with each other and Sergeant Noir. Only Sergeant Noir wind element can blend with our power." Cherry answered. Luz thinking for a second.
"Alright then, the other stay with your own roles except the two of you. Noir are you 'jack'?" Luz said and turned toward Noir. Noir nod.
"Jack? What is that, Lieutenant?" Violet asked.
"The person that can blends his or her power with other element power. Just like how she blends with Gin and Cherry power." Luz explained.
"Oh... Just like how she blend with my water power that day. That how my water bullet becomes more faster than usual." Wellis realized.
"Is it important role?" Rosa asked.
"That's mean that she can attack, defence and support at the same time." Mavi replied making Rosa widen her eyes.
"She gets three roles? That's amazing Sergeant. Why didn't you tell us?" Ian amazed.
"Because I don't want you all depend on me." Noir replied making others shocked.
"What she's mean that you all need to become stronger without solely depend on her power. If someday she transfers to other place, you all already at the next level which help you all promoted to the next stage." Luz explained to them. They all thank Noir for always thinking for their growth and saluted at her.
"Lieutenant, our dark power only can blend with her. So, mostly our role either support or defence." Gin said.
"That's the two of you wrong there." Luz walks toward Gin and Cherry and put his hands on their shoulder. Noir look from behind with curious.
"My light power can blend in with both of your power. Light without darkness is nothing same as darkness without light. Light and dark coexist with each other. Light can spread the dark while dark can cover up the light." Luz said making Noir widen her eyes.
Noir just letting Luz talk about how the element can help each other. She just stays silent until they all complete all the task given by Luz. After her shift ended, she went back to the mansion with a thought in her head.
"Light and dark coexist with each other..." Noir murmured and all that she can think of is the person in her dream, 'Silver'.

"Sir Grey are you sure?" Phantom asked as she been ordered to give the envelope to Luz.
"He will lead the Shadow and Mavi will be added as member." Sir Grey replied.
"Noir?" she asked.
"She's our jack and you our main attacker. You and Noir cannot be at one place at the time." Sir Grey answered.
"I know. Because I'm Phantom and Noir at the same time." Noir said. I will be careful from now on.
"Noir distribute the information to the other Shadow members. As a Phantom, you need to give this secretly to Luz." Sir Grey ordered.
"As you wish, Sir Grey." Noir saluted and walked out from their hideout with her Phantom attire.

Luz reading at the study room. As the clock struck at 11 pm, he heard a knock from the glass door at the balcony of the study room. He put down his book and walk with caution toward the balcony. Under the moonlight he saw a woman with a face mask and hoodie attire. He know her because they already meet at Peony City once.
"We meet again, Lieutenant." Phantom said.
"You... What are you doing here? How did you know I'm here?" Luz curious. Noir never let other in beside the tenants and her own guests.
"This is for you." Phantom gave him the envelope. Luz opens it and read the content.
"I been chosen? Why? I'm become the new leader of Shadow team. You know this is secret team and Mavi also get in it." Luz disbelieved.
"It's the high up decision. I'm only deliver as ordered. Welcome to Shadow and I hope we can work together, Lieutenant." Phantom said.
"There is instruction here. The leader needs to have his own nickname to officially lead the team. It says that you will be report my nickname to Sir Grey." Luz said while pointing to the last paragraph of the content.
"That old man, seriously? Fine. Tell me what name we should call you in the team. I will inform other member about that." Phantom sighed. Luz smile. He think about the suitable name and one name click in his mind.
"Silver. From now own call me Silver." Luz said making Phantom surprised. Phantom froze up.
"Miss Phantom... Miss Phantom." Luz shouted her name as he saw the woman froze up.
"Sorry, alright then I will report to Sir Grey about this. I need to go now. We'll meet again, Silver." Phantom said.
"Wait! How did you come in? Noir never let others in. This mansion has alarm all over the place." Luz said making Phantom stop walking toward the fence at the balcony.
"Noir is one of us, Silver." Phantom turned her head toward Luz and disappeared into thin air after she use her dark power. Luz just stood there dumbfounded.
