When I opened my eyes, I was still stunned. There was someone next to me and… we had slept tangled together.
"Elenor, what are you doing? Playing games again?" I whispered, still dazed.
"Hey, get off me!" the person next to me replied.
"Zeythara!" I whispered to myself. Her hair was completely different, but that voice and those eyes were enough to recognize her.

For a moment, I was confused about what to do and tried to take in my surroundings.
After we got dressed, I stood in front of the mirror. I was a blonde woman with blue eyes—thankfully, my eyes hadn't changed.
"My hair has changed… but almost everything else is the same," I said.
The person next to me grumbled while looking at the mirror:
"A weak human body… my black hair, my eyes… now I'm blonde. These clothes…"
Zeythara: "Wait… how did we get here?" I asked.
The person next to me shrugged sarcastically.
I looked around, realizing our surroundings: "Where is this place?"
Kaelric: "I guess… a strange game by the gods. But it seems we've both adapted to the situation."
I raised my hand to throw a lightning strike but hesitated.
Kaelric: "What… no power? Now you're really powerless?"
I swung my fist to strike. My body was weak, my hand hurt… but seeing the other person stagger gave me a small satisfaction.
At that moment, we heard a voice from outside and both of us looked toward the door:
"Kol, let's go play cards. Let that poor woman go, everyone else has already gone to the field," someone said.
"Field?"
The person next to me immediately hushed me:
"Be quiet. Apparently, we're somewhere else… we need to be careful."
