Chapter 1 - Prologue: The Strongest Shut in [1]

Planet Delta was a beautiful world, teeming with life and ruled by four great races: humans, dragons, demons, and angels.

For centuries, peace endured until an incident between the royal families of humans and dragons ignited a war that shattered it. Like falling dominoes, the fragile balance collapsed. Angels declared war on demons, using the chaos as their excuse. Soon, the world known for harmony was drowned in blood, as every race turned against the others.

Then he was born.

A being from the demon race, yet not entirely demon.

At the moment of his birth, everyone felt it.

The laws of the world trembled. The strongest beings froze, sensing fate itself shudder, as though a monstrous presence had stepped onto its fragile line. For the first time since the wars began, the fighting stopped not from peace, but from fear.

Storms ravaged every region. Seas rose. The sky screamed because of a being that should not have been born.

The child was the son of the Demon Prince and the Angel Princess—a secret union that should never have existed. A love that shook both races to their core.

The two kings trembled in fury and confusion. Yet they loved their children. To end the wars and legitimise the union, they chose peace. A wedding was arranged.

It was a mistake.

On the day meant to unite the two races, the Dragon Lord and his army, angels and demons who opposed the union joined hands, united by a single purpose:

Kill the child.

That day, the wedding was painted red.

The Demon King and the Angel King died at the hands of their own kin. They fell to the blood they trusted. Betrayal consumed everything.

Cough. Cough.

A beautiful woman spat blood as she clutched her child to her chest, her body trembling.

Footsteps echoed calmly through the carnage.

"You shouldn't involve yourself with that man, Sister."

A man stood before her—her twin. His gaze shifted to the baby.

The child's star-like eyes met his.

The man froze.

His entire being trembled.

How? How could a mere infant make me flinch?

He frowned and vanished.

Spurt.

A blade pierced flesh.

A hateful face stared at him and whispered, "I've always disliked you… brother-in-law."

"Begone, insect."

He tried to move—but chains of magic sealed his body completely. Hundreds of glowing Spatial Circles surrounded his sister.

"YOU—!"

He released his Anima.

The world blurred.

Everything was erased: buildings, lives, mountains sliced apart as the sky shattered like glass.

BOOM.

Blood and flesh rained from above. His sister and brother-in-law were torn to pieces.

Yet his face twisted in terror. The child… was gone.

Rey turned.

A black dragon stared at him in fear.

"You failed?"

Rey nodded.

The dragon looked up at the fractured sky.

"We're fucked."

inside a cave beyond the Demon Kingdom.

A purple-haired woman knelt beside a baby, her two-year-old sister clinging to her side. Loyal angels and demons bowed around them.

"We only need time," the woman whispered, her eyes glowing.

Time was precious.

They hid the child. Trained him. Raised him as their king.

And they never struggled raising him.

Because their king was a monster, A Devouror

Eighteen years later—

He appeared without warning.

The sky turned violet.

His mere presence dwarfed everything they thought they understood.

Kings, gods, and so-called immortals had prepared for this day.

It didn't matter.

They all died.

A man walked alone across a battlefield of corpses. Angels and demons who betrayed his parents that day lay butchered. Dragons lay slaughtered—save for a few children he spared.

Fate would decide if they lived or went extinct.

Before him, skewered on a spear from mouth to his anus like a pig, was Rey.

Nearby, a black dragon was skinned alive, still breathing weakly.

Behind it lay a wingless angel, torn apart like meat in a slaughterhouse.

"Foolish," the man said calmly.

"You feared a child and tried to erase him. Why? Because I was dangerous?"

"No."

"It's because you feared someone who would stand above you, Arrogant creatures who play at being gods. Look at you now, lizard. How does it feel? Your people's desires have brought you to my feet."

He raised his foot and slammed it down.

The dragon's skull collapsed. Brain matter splattered across the ground.

"How disappointing."

The man looked beyond the carnage, then disappeared—leaving behind the corpses of the so-called gods of this world.

Human King — POV

Inside the castle, the Human King shook as his council gathered.

My decision was right. They mocked me—but my people live.

Then—

An otherworldly pressure crushed the kingdom.

Everyone fell to their knees.

Footsteps approached.

Looking up, he regretted it immediately; he should not have looked at that being.

A man stood before them, so beautiful that the world itself was unworthy. Long black hair. White eyes filled with star-like pupils, glowing violet. The being known as:

The Man Above All.

"Greetings, Human King."

The king tried to speak but couldn't.

"They call you a coward," the man said emotionlessly, yet you live. They are dead."

"I will spare your race. So I will say this once. Angels and demons will live in our shadow. We prefer it that way."

"Humans, you can grow. Conquer. Devour other lands."

"But never," violet energy surged violently, ever interfere with us. Or I will erase your race from existence."

"Do you understand?"

"I… understand."

Clap. Clap. Clap. Clap.

"Good."

The man smiled—and vanished.

The Human King collapsed, trembling.

"…Holy fuck."
