The transition from the adrenaline of the battle to the deep, heavy silence of the Kibi forest was seamless. As the violetand dark glow of the forest began to dim, replaced by the encroaching shadows of a long-forgotten night, Arch felt the familiar weight of a day well-spent.

He looked at Foxxy, whose golden eyes were blinking slowly with fatigue. Even a nine-foot snake-fox had his limits.

"Alright, no more photoshoots for today," Arch muttered, his voice softening. "Let's set up camp."

In this ancient woods, there were no caves or abandoned huts—only the gargantuan, coiling roots of trees that had seen centuries pass. Arch didn't need a hammer or nails. He simply extended his hand, and a small, flickering ROOM enveloped a fallen cedar log nearby.

"Ampute."

With a series of surgical "flicks" of his fingers, the wood was sliced into perfect, uniform planks. Using Tact, he levitated the pieces into place, interlocking them to form a sturdy, triangle-shaped tent. It was a minimalist's masterpiece—spacious enough for a 9-foot beast and a 6-foot "Goddess" to stretch out comfortably.

As they crawled inside, the forest seemed to react to their presence. The wind didn't howl; it hummed through the hollowed trunks and whistling leaves, creating a solemn, historical melody that felt like a lullaby for the island's lost era. Arch closed his eyes, the Ram Skull resting beside him, and for the first time in a long time, he slept without dreaming of the underground.

When morning arrived, there was no dramatic sunrise. In the environment of the Anomalous Fog, the sun didn't "rise"—it simply saturated the air. The world transitioned from a deep indigo to a blinding, ethereal white.

Arch stepped out of the wooden tent, breathing in the cold, damp air. The fog was so thick he could barely see Foxxy's tail five feet away. The light was everywhere and nowhere, illuminating the hidden island in a way that made every tree look like a ghost.

"Gurararara... looks like the world hasn't vanished yet," Arch stretched, his muscles popping. He felt his stamina had mostly returned. The "Goddess" was back online.

After ordering breakfast through the system, Arch and Foxxy finished their meal. Reinvigorated, they decided to venture out once more.

As they walked, a question began to gnaw at Arch's mind again. He thought of the Armament Haki Kyukon had used to coat his golden sword. Haki... "With Whitebeard's template at 80%, I can feel the Haki within me," Arch thought bitterly. "But no matter how hard I try to manifest it, it just won't activate. Am I missing something? Even Observation Haki... I can't seem to awaken it. Why?"

He paused, his mind racing. "And yet, the Conqueror's Haki... I can tap into it, and I can keep it active as long as I want, but I still have no real control over it. It's just... there."

He racked his brain for answers. "Maybe I really am missing something. How did they awaken Haki in One Piece? Think! Why is it that every time I need serious information, my head draws a blank, but when it comes to useless bullshit, it never shuts up? Damn it! Is it because of this body? This volume... this medium?"

Arch looked down at his lower body. A wave of despair washed over him, and he collapsed to his knees, hugging them tightly as he began to sob.

"Just why...? Why! Fuck you, ROB! I swear, if the time ever comes that I meet you, I'll hit you with a punch so hard it'll make Saitama look pale! Waaaaah!"

"Ahhhh!"

In a fit of rage and sorrow, Arch let out a scream, and his Conqueror's Haki erupted. The pressure overwhelmed the entire Old Forest. Deep cracks spiraled up the ancient trees, snapping wood and shattering branches in its wake.

Foxxy, the snake-fox, simply gritted his teeth. He didn't know exactly what was happening, but he had grown accustomed to this; to him, it was just another Tuesday.

The white Conqueror's Haki shrouded the forest like a divine light descending to deliver judgment. Far away, in the mountains bordering the forest, a massive eye suddenly snapped open—a powerful being awakened from its long slumber.
