(Modern Dimension)
The door crashed open.
Scott slammed it so hard that the wall shook slightly, the sound echoing through the quiet house. His breathing was uneven, anger and panic tangled together in his chest.
"Scott!"
Rebecca turned instantly, her sharp eyes narrowing.
"That is not how you enter a house," she said firmly. "This is not a battlefield."
Scott stopped mid-step. His fists were clenched, knuckles white.
"You don't understand, Mom," he snapped.
Behind him, Erika entered the house with slow, deliberate steps. Unlike Scott, she showed no sign of panic. Her posture was straight, her eyes calm—but sharp, like a blade that had just been sheathed.
Rebecca noticed her immediately.
"Erika," Rebecca said gently. "Are you hurt?"
Erika shook her head once. "No. Only irritated."
Scott let out a short, bitter laugh. "I told you this would happen."
Rebecca turned back to him. "Then start explaining. Why did you rush in like someone was chasing you?"
Scott hesitated.
"The museum," he said quietly.
(That Morning)
Scott adjusted his collar while checking his phone for the third time.
10:00 AM.
His friends were already texting him.
Where are you?
He grabbed his bag and moved toward the door.
"Scott."
Rebecca's voice stopped him instantly.
He sighed. "Yes, Mom?"
She leaned against the kitchen counter, arms crossed. "Take Erika with you."
Scott froze.
"…What?"
"She needs to see the world," Rebecca continued. "She can't stay locked inside this house forever."
"No," Scott said immediately. "Not happening."
Rebecca raised an eyebrow. "Why?"
Scott struggled to find words. "Because she doesn't belong here. Because she doesn't understand this world. Because she—"
"—because you're afraid," Rebecca interrupted.
Scott looked away.
"She won't embarrass you," Rebecca said calmly. "And even if she does, that's not a crime."
Scott groaned. "Mom—"
"Take her," she said firmly. "That's final."
Erika, standing nearby, watched the exchange silently.
"I do not require protection," she said flatly.
Scott muttered, "That's exactly the problem."
(In The Bus)
Erika stopped walking the moment she saw it.
The bus stood at the roadside, massive and humming, its engine vibrating like a living creature.
"That thing," Erika said slowly, "is alive."
Scott turned around. "It's a bus."
"It breathes," she replied. "It moves without animals."
Scott pinched the bridge of his nose. "Please don't scream."
The doors opened with a sharp hiss.
Erika's hand instinctively moved to her side—where her sword should have been.
The doors closed automatically once they stepped inside.
Her eyes widened.
"No guard," she whispered. "No command."
Scott sat down. "You'll get used to it."
Erika did not sit. She held onto a pole, watching every movement, every sound.
This world does not announce danger, she thought. It hides it.
(Museum – Exterior)
The museum rose before them like a fortress of glass and stone.
Erika stopped again.
"This palace…" she murmured. "It rivals royal halls."
"It's not a palace," Scott said. "It's a museum."
"A place of remembrance?"
"Exactly."
She nodded slowly. "Then it is sacred."
Scott blinked. "People don't usually say that."
"They should," she replied.
(Inside the Museum)
They passed through hall after hall.
Primitive tools. Fire. Cave paintings.
"These people survived without kingdoms," Erika said thoughtfully. "Impressive."
Then they reached the war section.
Erika stopped breathing.
Swords hung silently behind glass. Shields bore marks of ancient battles. Helmets rested like sleeping warriors.
Her chest tightened.
"These weapons…" she whispered. "They have history. Blood. Honor."
She pressed her palm against the glass.
"I require five swords and two shields," she said firmly. "My squad must be prepared."
Scott nearly shouted. "You can't take those!"
"They are wasted here," she replied. "Weapons must serve."
"They serve memory," Scott said.
Her fingers trembled.
She missed her sword.
"Skeleton Scott."
Scott stiffened.
Edward stepped forward, grinning. He was actually scott's school bulley.
"Did you grow muscles overnight?" Edward sneered. "and is this your bodyguard?"
He pointed at Erika.
"She looks fragile."He thought that Erika was so soft and weak.
Erika turned slowly.
"You are loud," she said. "And careless."
Edward laughed at her.
Scott tried to leave and said Erika "Ignore him."
But Edward didn't stop, he continuously talks about scott and at a point he tried to talk about joel who is scott's current crush.
So scott suddenly started to scold Edward this triggered Edward, he tried to punch scott.scott was ready to defend but suddenly.
Erika picked up a decorative sword.
She didn't swing it.
She didn't attack.
She simply held it—with authority.
"This is called mercy," she said coldly. "You will not receive it twice."
Edward froze. He literally felt like his soul went out of his body.
Security arrived when they heared their noise. They thought it, as a simple teens fight so the security didn't care a lot about their fight.
Scott begged the security to not take heavy actions on Erika.
At present in home Rebecca is thanking Erika for saving him from the fight but at the same time she wants Erika to not make violence in public places.
(Back Home – Night)
Scott slammed his door shut.
Minutes later, it opened.
Erika stepped inside.
"I did not grant permission," Scott said angrily.
"I do not ask for it," she replied.
She studied him.
"You were afraid today."
"I wasn't," Scott snapped. "I just don't care."
She smirked. "You smiled."
Scott fell silent. He stammered that he didn't.
"Fear does not make you weak," Erika said. "Refusing to face it does."She adviced him to not be quite at every situation and should stand for themselves when we are right.
She turned to leave.
(Robotic Dimension)
Screens flashed violently.
"Sir," Ellen said urgently, "the Dimension Traveler activated more than 100 times for these years."
Olive watched the data carefully.
"It changes direction every time," Ellen said. "As if it's avoiding us."
Olive smiled faintly.
"No," he said. "It is choosing."It is redesigning itself.Ellen is saying to Olive that he is sure about finding the dimension traveller when it activated again.Olive stayed calm.
