The Purple Electricity strike failed to connect—Kakashi phased right through his body, passing straight through him as if hitting thin air.
However, having fought against Obito in the past, Kakashi deciphered the mechanics behind the enemy's attack in an instant.
"Everyone stay sharp! He possesses a jutsu capable of shifting his physical form into an alternate dimension. Don't let him catch you off guard," Kakashi called out.
The others nodded gravely.

An even larger, hyper-amplified Rasenshuriken crashed onto the terrain, shattering the entire fighting arena to pieces.
The ceiling above cracked wide open, raining massive boulders down onto the field.

Knowing the Kage were handling the frontline battle, Moegi prioritized rescuing those who hadn't managed to evacuate in time.
Sprouting massive trees from the ground, she braced the falling roof structure.
"Golden Horizon!"
A sudden streak of golden light shot forth like lightning.
Momoshiki attempted to absorb it with his Rinnegan, only to realize the incoming strike wasn't a chakra-based ninjutsu at all.
"You damned lower-lifeform pests!"
Rock Lee held his index and middle fingers together as a brutal spatial tear slashed across Momoshiki's waist, severing him clean through.
"Believe in miracles!" Rock Lee declared, turning around.

A second green figure arrived like a relentless hurricane.
"Break Crusher!"
Might Guy brought a devastating fist crashing down, intent on delivering a fatal blow to end Momoshiki then and there.

The Fourth Raikage materialized in front of him while the Fifth Raikage, Darui, appeared right behind him.

Pinning him from both sides, Momoshiki's face twisted in agony.

While they had Momoshiki pinned, Gaara's sand swirled up, rapidly wrapping around Momoshiki's body.

Since the enemy possessed space-time techniques, they couldn't afford to let him escape.
They had spent a vast amount of time researching Otsutsuki ruins, and they knew full well that the Otsutsuki Clan wasn't limited to Kaguya alone.
There were others out there.
And this creature before them was undoubtedly an Otsutsuki from beyond the stars.
They couldn't let him slip away—they needed to capture him alive and turn him into a research specimen.
