[Realization Point : 72 Point.]
"72 point left… Dammit."
It's been awhile since Zack awaken the realization system.
Through experimentation he learned it can create anything he imagine, but the more complex the thing is the more point it will cost.
There's a way to lower the cost, and that's by having the required material.
Zack looked down.
Celia was still in his arms. Her face was pale, hair messy, fingers shaking as she held his coat like she would fall if she let go.
The airship was breaking apart around them.
Pieces of wood and metal kept flying past, and the whole deck was sliding toward the open side. Wind kept slapping their face, fire smoke burning his throat.
'What if I make the parachute smaller? Or is there other thing I could make?'
His eyes lit up as he remember something else.
'I will use the knife in my pocket and my shirt.'
"Realize!"
[Item Creation: Glider]
[Realization Points: -50]
Something formed in his hands.
His shirt started tearing itself apart, threads pulling out like it had hands of its own.
The dagger on his waist disappeared like it was never there.
Light gathered on his palm and a metallic frame began to materialize.
Zack grabbed the frame tight and forced it open.
Wind slammed into it at once.
The glider yanked his arms so hard his shoulders almost dislocated. His feet slipped on the broken deck but he didn't let go.
Celia's face was pressed into his chest.
"Don't look down."
Celia didn't answer.
Then another part of the ship exploded.
BOOM!!!
The blast hit from below and the deck thrown up.
Heat punched his face and the wind changed direction.
Then the glider slammed into a broken beam.
CRACK!!!
The frame bent, the cloth tore open.
Zack and Celia began to spin.
The sky turned into fire, then wood, then smoke.
His stomach churned.
Zack saw the ground coming closer, fast. Open clearing, then trees, then a dark line of forest .
He clenched his teeth.
'Tree.'
He aimed what was left of the glider toward it.
Zack hoped he could slow his descent by using the many trees.
The broken glider scraped through branches.
CRACK! CRACK! CRACK!
Leaves and small branches exploded into his face.
The frame got caught for a breath, then snapped free again.
As the ground come closer, Zack let go the glider.
He grabbed Celia tighter and turned his body so he was on the outside.
"Brace yourself!"
Celia's arms locked around his neck.
They hit a tall tree.
BAM!!!
Zack's back smashed into the trunk first. Pain shot through his ribs like a knife.
The impact knocked the air out of him.
They bounced off and fell again.
Branches slapped his head and shoulders. Something sharp cut his arm.
Zack kept his body over Celia.
He didn't let her take the hit.
The ground rushed up, His eyes widened.
"Damn it…!"
They crashed through the last branches and slammed down hard.
BANG!
Zack feel his head hit something hard.
The next thing he know everything turned dark.
***
Sound of flowing water reached Zack's ears.
He opened his eyes, his whole body aching with pain.
"Are we safe yet??"
Zack looked around, seeing many tall trees.
"Wait, where's the princess?"
He quickly stood up, then looked around trying to find Celia.
With no direction, he decided to move toward the sound of water.
Passing through the clearing, a crystal clear lake appeared in his view.
The silver moon reflected on the surface, creating a serene scene.
But that was not what captured Zack's attention.
The princess stood in the middle. Water dripped from her golden hair down her fair skin.
Zack gulped.
Their gazes locked into each other, then the next moment a piercing scream came.
"KYAAAA!!! You pervert! Turn around!!"
Zack quickly moved, but the heavenly view he just saw was already etched in his brain.
"What a beautiful body."
SPLASH!!!
A rock was thrown, barely missing Zack's head. It landed in the lake, creating ripples.
"YOU!!!! HMPH!!!!"
Zack let out a chuckle.
"Seeing you this energetic, seems you're alright, princess."
He could hear the sound of rustling clothes.
There was no response for a while.
"Why you call me princess!? You got the wrong person! My name is Elly."
Zack smirked, then said, "Is that so? Well for me you're still my princess," while turning his gaze back to her.
"Watch your mouth! And I haven't said I'm finished!"
Her clothes were still damp, clinging to her body and showing her curves.
Feeling Zack's gaze, the princess snorted.
"Pervert."
Her cheeks blushed red as she snapped her fingers.
A small magic circle lit up in the air.
Her clothes quickly became dry.
'Tch, and there goes the good view, but this also not bad. She's still a beauty.'
"Stop looking at me like that! Just who are you?"
"Me? I'm your prince, my princess," Zack said as he lowered his upper body a little and put a hand on his chest, acting like some noble from a play.
"Stop with the joke!" Celia said, while her lips curled into a small smile.
"Smile suits you more than grumpy expression."
Zack said, then quickly changed the topic before she could reply.
"My name is Zack, and I came to Rosegate City to kidnap you."
"I told you to stop joking!"
Celia didn't believe any word of it. Any good impression she had on Zack from saving her was now completely overshadowed by his teasing.
"Well it your choice to believe or not, princess." He said, then turned around walking toward the forest.
"Where are you going?"
"Checking where we are of course, or do you want us to stay in the middle of lake all night?"
Zack kept walking without her response.
"Hey, wait for me."
Celia quickly went after him.
'If I knew he will be like this I would not completely heal him! What a scoundrel!'
Zack could hear Celia coming after him, so he slowed his pace while smiling. He thought to ask her to follow, but he thought doing it like this would be faster.
As they walked through the forest.
At a distance away from them, the woman with black hair was fighting for her life.
Mana could be felt in the air, as she was surrounded by monsters.
A wolf monster the size of a lion, with dark fur and crimson eyes.
"GRROOAAARRR!!"
