Luna stood in front of me adjusting my coat and bow tie.
"That's enough, Luna, I think I look fine."
She patted my chest before stepping back. I was preparing for the engagement party and the debutante ball. School had gone by uneventfully since it was the last week. Everyone had been pretty excited and that was the only thing they could talk about.
I wasn't an exception. This meant I could go back to the duchy after all this.
My hand came to her cheek and moved down to her neck touching the new black collar. It had a small green gem that glittered in the light every time it got exposed. It was one of the pieces of jewellery I had bought at the jewelry store during my visit with Seraph.
"It looks beautiful on you."
Luna's hand covered mine, her eyes bright. A small smile graced her face.
"I think so too, master, you know what's best for Luna."
