No other Primary Nature existed on Sumatra that needed one's skin to 'charge up' to unleash an effect. Eureur's words and statement all hinted at the fact she was extremely clear about his abilities.

Once he turns Eureur into his Pet, he could allow the other person complete autonomy, making them live no different from the real thing. Of course, the Pet was under his complete control. So, this was no different from him gaining access to everything Eureur knew.
