Looking at the two suits of iron armor that Lynn was controlling to restrain Filch, Hermione's eyes widened in astonishment.
While sprinting behind Harry and the others, she couldn't help but steal glances at Lynn every few seconds.
No matter how powerful Lynn's magic was, she was ultimately just a first-year freshman at Hogwarts.
Her Levitation Charm wouldn't last long once she lost personal control over it; thus, after struggling for a minute, Filch broke free from the two suits of iron armor that had bound him.
By this time, Hermione was pointing her wand at the locked wooden door in front of them and chanting a spell. Once the door opened, she pulled Lynn inside, with Harry, Ron, and Neville following close behind, slamming the door shut with a bang.
Filch, who had hurried over, only glanced this way, and seeing no one, he chased off in another direction.
Perhaps it was because of Headmaster Dumbledore's warning at the start of the term that he didn't dare come this way either.
Staring at the giant dog with three heads in front of her, Lynn finally understood why Headmaster Dumbledore had said this place was a forbidden area.
With no trace of fear in her heart, Lynn calmly watched the three heads of the giant dog drool at the five of them.
Realizing they had finally lost Filch, Hermione finally breathed a sigh of relief, but that breath caught in her throat again as she turned around.
"Merlin..." Hermione whispered, feeling as though she must be in a terrible nightmare.
Hearing her voice, Harry, Ron, and Neville also turned their heads in unison, and upon seeing the three-headed dog, they were similarly stunned.
Terrified screams rang out as the four others, excluding Lynn, performed a high-pitched chorus, making Lynn seem quite out of place for a moment.
Lynn looked expressionlessly at the Cerberus before them, her hand gripping her wand tightening subconsciously.
The next moment, the Cerberus began to roar, and Hermione grabbed Lynn, running out quickly with Harry and the others following close behind.
Clearly, compared to death, they preferred Filch!
Lynn followed Hermione's pace and ran swiftly, reaching the Gryffindor Common Room without any obstacles along the way.
The smoothness of it would have surprised Hermione if she hadn't been in a state of extreme panic.
Once they finally ran into the Gryffindor Common Room, the Gryffindors present, aside from Hermione, finally regained their senses and noticed an extra Ravenclaw in their group.
"You're... that Study Maniac from Ravenclaw!" Ron pointed at Lynn and shouted bluntly.
"Ron Weasley!" Lynn showed no reaction, but Hermione couldn't help but snap.
"Where are your manners?!" she scolded Ron unceremoniously.
Ron was momentarily choked up, also realizing he had spoken without thinking and was indeed being rude.
However, he still muttered a bit defiantly, "I'm not wrong, though."
Hermione rolled her eyes unceremoniously, then turned to look at Lynn.
"So the reason you asked me in the Library about the time and place of Harry's duel was because you wanted to go too? Why?"
Lynn looked at Hermione with an unwavering expression, her tone devoid of any inflection as she spoke.
"I don't know, I just went."
Hermione sighed helplessly, "Alright, whatever the case, thank you. Otherwise, we might have been caught by Filch."
"You're welcome." Lynn shook her head and turned toward the entrance of the Gryffindor Common Room.
"Where are you going?" Hermione asked instinctively as she watched Lynn leave.
Lynn turned back and answered as if it were obvious, "Back to Ravenclaw."
"Oh, right, you... you do need to go back to Ravenclaw." Hermione raised a hand to smooth her hair, her cheeks flushing slightly with embarrassment.
Lynn nodded and stepped out of the Gryffindor Common Room.
Walking on the way back to Ravenclaw Tower, Lynn re-evaluated the things she had just done in her mind.
Violating curfew for a night walk, using magic in the corridor, attacking a school staff member, and entering a forbidden area—a total of four violations of the rules.
Aside from the first one, which she had punished herself for in advance, she should also pay the price for the other three.
Glancing at her left arm, Lynn estimated she wouldn't be able to use it for a day or two.
Back in the Dormitory, Maranhao and Marietta were still sleeping soundly, completely unaware that their roommate had just been out.
Lynn checked the time on her watch, then sat down at her desk to read seriously.
Her study time wasn't over yet; she should seize the time to continue studying.
It wasn't until her study time ended that Lynn closed the book in front of her.
Getting up to take off her shoes and sit on the bed, Lynn slowly unbuttoned her wizard robe and the shirt she wore underneath.
Her left arm was gradually exposed—an arm that should have been fair and delicate.
Now, the upper arm and forearm formed a sharp contrast; the forearm still looked normal.
The upper arm, however, was covered in purple finger marks, and in some places, the color was so deep it had begun to turn a faint black.
Assessing the impact that being unable to move her left arm would have on her studies, Lynn decisively changed positions and targeted her forearm.
Studying came first; she couldn't let this delay her learning.
Her right hand pinched her left forearm, giving it a fierce twist and turn. Piercing pain struck again, but Lynn didn't even twitch an eyebrow as she continued with a second and then a third twist.
Only after completing the three missing twists did Lynn release her right hand, panting slightly.
Due to the pain, her forehead was covered in beads of sweat, yet even so, her expression didn't change in the slightest.
Looking at her left forearm, which now also had three purple bruises, Lynn wanted to reach for her shirt to put it back on, but she couldn't help but collapse onto her pillow.
Her previous study habits were already overextending her body, and after the night's excursions, she was exhausted. After forcing herself to study for several more hours, her body finally underwent a forced shutdown.
Unfortunately, Lynn's body was shut down for less than an hour before her consciousness forced it to start up again.
Opening her exceptionally heavy eyelids, Lynn instinctively checked her watch. Confirming she wasn't late waking up, she sat up, took her change of clothes, and walked into the washroom.
After taking a bath, her mind slowly cleared. She casually wiped her wet hair a couple of times and then just let it stay damp as she sat at her desk to continue reading.
At seven-thirty in the morning, Lynn went to the Great Hall for breakfast and then returned to the Dormitory to continue studying.
In contrast, Hermione, Harry, Ron, and Neville were still sleeping in their respective dormitories; after the ordeal last night, they really needed to catch up on sleep this morning.
Also sleeping in, Maranhao and Marietta finally got out of bed one after another around ten in the morning.
When Maranhao got up and pulled back her bed curtains, the first thing she saw was the back of Lynn sitting at her desk.
Raising a hand to cover her face, she was now truly in awe of her junior roommate; she didn't even rest on the weekend.
Shaking her head secretly, Maranhao got up, stretched, and walked into the washroom to freshen up.
Marietta, who had regained her senses while sitting on her bed, was also stunned when she pulled back her curtains and saw Lynn at the desk.
She looked at Maranhao with a face full of disbelief, even bordering on horror.
She signaled frantically with her eyes: 'No way! She doesn't even rest on weekends?! This is too brutal!'
Maranhao shook her head silently, signaling her that her movements were too large or her gaze too obvious, which might disturb Lynn.
Marietta silently withdrew her gaze and also went to the washroom to freshen up.
After freshening up, Maranhao and Marietta, who had originally wanted to rest for the day, ultimately couldn't withstand the internal assault of self-reproach and each took out a book to start studying.
When someone right next to you is studying hard while you are preparing to relax, most people can't help but reproach themselves and feel a sense of guilt.
Maranhao and Marietta felt exactly this way now, flipping through their books with a mix of pain and satisfaction.
They comforted themselves internally, thinking that at least their final grades for this school year would definitely be better than before!
When she went to the Great Hall for lunch at noon, Lynn inadvertently glanced at the Gryffindor Table while eating quickly.
Whether by coincidence or subconscious, Lynn's glance happened to land on Hermione.
Hermione was eating her lunch sitting quite far from Harry and Ron, clearly not wanting to speak to them.
Calmly withdrawing her gaze, Lynn had no thoughts in her mind. After finishing her lunch quickly, she hurried to the Library; she had finished the books she borrowed before and needed to borrow new ones.
As the weeks went by, the students of Hogwarts gradually became accustomed to Lynn's eating speed and her habit of reading at any possible moment.
For such a "terrifying figure," besides the initial nickname of 'Study Maniac,' she also earned the title of 'Tireless Monster,' representing her diligence in never letting a book leave her hand, not even on weekends.
Compared to students from other houses, the Ravenclaw Little Eagles who frequently visited the Library were actually even more shocked.
Because anyone who had observed Lynn even slightly could see that she read books in the Library according to the order they were placed on the shelves.
She read them one by one, no matter what the book was about, without skipping a single one. Reading so meticulously, she had actually finished more than a dozen shelves of books in just two short months.
Of course, it wasn't just the students who were impacted over these two months.
The Professors were also greatly impacted by Lynn, primarily those led by Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick.
When encountering such an outstanding student as Lynn, they couldn't help but leave her more advanced and more numerous study books than others.
But even leaving her study books like this led to problems.
Lynn arrived early for every class, so Professor McGonagall and Professor Flitwick couldn't help but quiz her on the content of the extra reading they had assigned her.
And every time, she had an answer for every question, never once stumped.
At first, the Professors were very happy, believing she was a genius and an absolute talent.
So, they all recommended extra reading books to Lynn at a frequency of once a week.
But at dinner one day, they finally discovered a terrifying problem while chatting with each other.
They had originally thought Lynn wasn't doing extra study for other courses, or that her effort in other courses was reduced.
That's why she could be so efficient, studying several extra books for their own specific subjects every week.
To their surprise, this casual chat revealed that Lynn hadn't fallen behind in any course at all.
She was studying ahead and doing extra reading for all her courses.
Then, Madam Pince, who was nearby, silently added a comment.
"More than that, she's also reading other books in the Library. She borrows and returns books very frequently."
As the librarian in charge of the borrowing situation at the Hogwarts Library, she had long been astonished by Lynn's level of diligence and reading speed.
Seeing the other Professors now wearing the same expression of horror she had back then, she felt her mind was instantly balanced.
After hearing this news, Professor Flitwick, as Lynn's Dean, almost wanted to scream in a cracking voice.
With such study intensity, he began to suspect that Lynn had no rest time at all!
Shifting his gaze to the Ravenclaw Table, he saw that Lynn had already finished her dinner and left.
The several Professors looked at each other and all made the decision to stop recommending extra reading books to Lynn.
Not just because they feared she didn't have enough rest, but also because she was already studying enough on her own. Going any deeper...
A Young Wizard's magic, which hadn't fully developed yet, would be more likely to be unable to withstand it, causing harm to herself.
Madam Pince opened her mouth beside them; she actually thought that doing this would be useless.
Judging by Lynn's study state over these two months, she truly deserved to be called a life-risking learner.
Even if the Professors stopped recommending extra reading, she would likely fill the time originally used for that with other study projects.
And as the librarian of Hogwarts... she could only watch.
As long as the Young Wizard hadn't made a mistake, she certainly couldn't stop her from entering the Library to read; it wasn't even something she could decide on her own.
Hogwarts itself would never allow such a thing to happen!
The conversation between the Professors and Madam Pince naturally didn't escape the ears of Headmaster Dumbledore and Professor Snape, who were at the same table.
Hearing what Lynn had done over the past two months, Professor Snape's mouth twitched.
While he was glad he hadn't continued to tail and observe Lynn, he also began to suspect if he was being too sensitive.
With Lynn's behavior... besides reading, attending class, doing homework, and basic physiological activities, she wouldn't have time for anything else, would she?
Turning to look at Dumbledore, sure enough, Headmaster Dumbledore also had a dazed expression on his face.
Clearly, he had never expected that one day he would hear of a student's extracurricular schedule being like this.
It was truly... too shocking for him, a veteran Professor and headmaster of many years.
His bright eyes lowered behind his spectacles. More than suspicion, he was now starting to worry about this Ravenclaw student.
