Chapter 120 - Ch 120: She Missed Me So Much She Tried to Kill Me

After everyone was settled, Garfield told Rin and the others to rest and recover.

He then focused on locating Queenie, using the Queenie talisman he had left behind as a guide.

To his surprise, the talisman's energy seemed to overlap with the territory of his other estate… Carter Manor.

Did Queenie go to Carter Manor?

What was she doing there?

Could it be… that she had claimed her own cat litter territory?

Just as Garfield debated whether to investigate, a golden portal materialized beside him. Two familiar figures stepped through, Queenie and Baima.

The portal closed behind them, and Garfield caught sight of another familiar silhouette, the grand structure of Carter Manor.

Queenie blinked at the orange cat perched on the bar, rubbing her temples.

"Baima… am I hallucinating again? It feels like some heartless cat is lying there." she muttered.

Baima, stunned, then exclaimed. "I see Lord Garfield too!"

Queenie shook her head. "Are you really hallucinating?"

"Chief maid, I'm back." Garfield waved at her casually.

Queenie immediately reached out and squeezed Garfield's round face, back and forth, as if to confirm he was real.

"Really?" she asked.

"Yes, really," Garfield replied with a nod. "Did you miss your master?"

Queenie, unable to help herself, pulled out her wand. "You heartless orange cat, I'll make you pay!"

A brief, chaotic duel ensued.

Garfield, using his agility and wit, managed to knock the wand from her hands. Queenie, looking slightly flustered, collapsed in mock defeat, temporarily letting herself be subdued.

Watching her sleep, Garfield's eyes softened. Baima, standing beside him, relaxed and wrapped her arms around him.

"Master Garfield." she murmured, rubbing against him affectionately.

"I… I feel the same, Baima," Garfield said, smiling gently. "You've grown so much. Just be gentle, don't crush me."

Baima blushed slightly, embarrassed, but didn't let go of his arm.

Thinking there should be a third person, Garfield asked, "Where's Vivienne?"

Baima replied, "Vivienne stayed in the UK."

"She's assisting their special department, translating some devilish language materials."

Garfield raised an eyebrow. "Baima, how did you get involved with the UK's special department?"

"It just… happened," Baima said calmly.

Garfield considered this. Over time, the High Claw Group had grown incredibly strong under Queenie and Baima's leadership.

Their success naturally attracted attention, from curious observers to hostile forces probing their defenses.

At first, the intruders were minor annoyances, but as Queenie and Baima's reputation grew, so did the challenges.

The Ministry of Magic soon realized Garfield wasn't deliberately intervening, he was testing the world to see how it would respond to his power.

Meanwhile, Grindelwald, emboldened in Europe, launched his revolutionary movement. Dumbledore, for reasons no one fully understood, followed him closely.

Fortunately, both understood who truly stood behind the chaos.

Together, the top white and black wizards curtailed the disruptions, effectively neutralizing threats across the wizarding world.

As an apprentice of Karma Taj Supreme Master Ancient One, Garfield held immense authority, enough that half the resources of Karma Taj were under his control.

After Garfield left for other tasks, the Ancient One deployed agents to safeguard his vast holdings.

They protected the property, preserved the Emperor's sacred texts, and trained with the combined might of ancestral spirits from across the realms.

As for the current state of Stark Industries…
