The first moon since Ned had left had ended; now there was one more moon and her husband would return.

Catelyn wished that her husband and son would return safely, including Balon Greyjoy's son.

The sex sessions with Jon had become increasingly intense since that time they bathed in the tub in Jon's room.

Jon dominated her as he pleased, placing her in positions Catelyn hadn't thought possible, but it was a pleasure for her.

Catelyn had had so many orgasms in the last month that she couldn't even believe it. But that wasn't what was important to her right now; she had to pray for the safety of her good husband and her beloved son, Robb.

She prayed to the blacksmith that her husband would succeed on this journey he was making as Lord of the North.

She also prayed to the old woman to give her husband wisdom and to guide him in difficult times.

She also prayed for her son and that he would gain wisdom for himself when he became Lord of Winterfell.

"You know, seeing you kneeling to pray and not to give me a blowjob is weird to me," said the voice of a man she instantly recognized behind her.

"You shouldn't be here, you bastard, and above all, you shouldn't blaspheme before the seven," she declared, standing up; undoubtedly, her prayer had been interrupted by this man.

"Your words wound me, my Lady.

I have come here as a good man seeking the guidance of the seven," Jon said, feigning sadness.

Catelyn just rolled her eyes; she knew that the bastard did not follow any of the gods.

But before Catelyn could answer, Jon had wrapped his arms around her, causing her to gasp at the sensation of Jon's body heat against her back and his strong arms around her.

"We can't do it here, Jon, it's dangerous," Catelyn gasped as Jon began kissing her neck and grinding his hips against her rear end.

Catelyn could feel Jon's dick growing as he rocked his hips.

"Why not, my Lady?" Jon asked huskily in her ear, the warmth of his breath against her ear making her skin prickle.

"We are standing before the seven Jons, it is a sin for a married woman to be doing this with another man who is not her husband, much less with a bastard," Catelyn explained between gasps.

" Mother, father, old woman, forgive me," Catelyn thought.

" If that sin worries you so much, then you shouldn't come to my room every night and fuck until your legs won't let you leave my room and you have to sleep with me until before dawn.

You know, my Lady, I've begun to feel sad not waking up next to you," Jon said, biting her earlobe, and an electric current ran down Catelyn's back.

This had been a recurring pattern ever since she and Jon had sex in the bathtub.

Jon would fuck her so hard, then so slowly and intoxicatingly that Catelyn couldn't take more than two steps.

So she'd been falling asleep in Jon's arms ever since, and it was only when dawn was near when she'd leave the room to go to her own.

"Tell me, my Lady, what are the names of each of the seven?" Jon asked, still holding her with his hands on Catelyn's belly.

She didn't understand what Jon was playing at.

Did he think it was funny to blaspheme in front of the seven?

"They are the father, the warrior, the blacksmith, the mother, the maiden, the old woman, and the stranger," she replied without thinking.

"Okay, and which ones do you pray to, my Lady?" Jon asked again.

"My favorites are the mother to pray for my children, the heavenly father to pray for good judgment and justice.

I pray to the maiden to pray for my daughters and that they remain chaste and pure, and the crone to guide me in difficult times," Catelyn explained, pointing to each of the statues.

"Interesting, my Lady, but what about the warrior, the heretic, and the unknown?

Have you never offered prayers to any of them?" Jon asked.

"Today I prayed to the blacksmith that my good husband would succeed in his work, just as I have prayed to the warrior a few times, when your father went to war against the Targaryens, when he fought in Balon Greyjoy's rebellion, and at each of my children's births, to give me the strength and courage to bring them into this world.

But I have never sought the help of the stranger.

We devotees of the Seven rarely ask for their help; only criminals and outcasts seek their help and pray to the stranger," she said.

Jon said nothing for a few minutes and just stared at the statues of the seven.

Catelyn wondered what was going through the man's head at this moment.

"What about the old gods, my Lady?

Have you never prayed to them?" Jon asked.

"They are not my gods," Catelyn spat out without thinking, Jon just laughed at her words.
