She knew she had made a powerful enemy. Her heart was pounding in her chest as she turned to leave.
"Let her in." Hazard said hoarsely.
Pispa looked up, she met Harzard's gaze, his eyes glinting with amusement. And she knew that he was thinking the same thing, that this competition was exactly what he needed to get his revenge.
The battle lines were drawn, and the game was on.
Pispa's heart was racing as she took her place at the cooking station. She had been preparing for this moment for weeks, and she was determined to give it her all. The judges, a panel of renowned chefs, took their places, and the competition began.
Hazard had his eyes only on Pispa, Vida got information that she would be partaking on the competition and that's the reason he came over to take revenge.
Pispa lost herself in the familiar rhythm of cooking, her hands moving with precision and skill. She was so focused that she didn't notice Harzard's presence until it was too late.
"Time's up, Pispa," he said, his voice dripping with malice. "Stop cooking. Now."
Pispa's eyes widened in shock as she looked up at the clock. She still had five minutes left, but Harzard was insistent.
"I'm not finished yet," she protested, her voice shaking with frustration.
Harzard's smile was cold and calculating. "I'm afraid you're done, Pispa. The judges will evaluate your dish as it is."
Pispa's heart sank as she turned off the stove and stepped back from the cooking station. She knew that her dish wasn't complete, that she had been robbed of the chance to finish it.
The judges made their way to her station, their faces expressionless. They tasted her dish, and Pispa could see the disappointment in their eyes.
"I'm afraid your dish is incomplete, Pispa," one of the judges said. "You were given a specific amount of time, and you didn't finish in time."
Pispa's eyes stung with tears as she realized she had lost. She looked up to see Harzard smiling sinisterly at her, his eyes glinting with triumph.
"Well, Pispa, it looks like you didn't quite make the cut," he said, his voice dripping with condescension. "But don't worry, I'm willing to give you a chance to redeem yourself. I want to offer you a position in my company, as my personal chef."
Pispa's eyes widened in horror. She would rather die than work for Harzard.
"No, thank you," she said, her voice shaking with anger. "I'd rather starve than work for you."
Harzard's smile faltered, and his eyes narrowed in anger. "Hey!" he spat. "I'm taking your poverty-stricken self into my company. Don't act daft."
"Well.." Pispa began as she folded her arms around her chest, looking at him murderously, she stepped a bit closer to him, glaring in his eyes. Others gasped Shockingly.
Hazard's hands stocked into his pockets, looking at her venomously with some smirk. "Mr. Rasp voice... I don't want to stay in your poverty-stricken company, like I said before, I'd rather starve than work for you..." She sucked in air. "Mr. Wreker.." She turned towards Ronnie who looked confused.
"...I'm out of here since I failed woefully." Pispa wore out her apron, she didn't wait to hear more.
She turned and ran out of the competition, her eyes blazing with tears. She knew that she had made a powerful enemy, and she would have to pay the price.
As she burst through the doors, she saw Harzard's eyes behind her, his venoms eyes sending a chill down her spine.
"I'm sorry sir." Ronnie bowed running after Pispa.
"But sir.." One of the judges tried to say but earned a resounding slap, which made everyone to jerk in fear as Hazard stormed out of the building with anger boiling in his eyes.
"Sorry. Mr. Scott." The judges said remorsefully.
*
Pispa rushed out of the station in anger, fuming. "He deliberately did that. Idiot. How dare he ask me to work for him?"
"Pispa?" Ronnie ran after her but she doubled her steps, when she noticed him behind her, hurriedly she flagged down a cab and boarded it immediately, leaving.
"Gosh!" Ronnie pushed back his hairs backwards, his eyes went shut as he tried to calculate on what he would do next.
"Who is that minx to you?" Hazard husky voice sound intimidating beside him and Ronnie jerked his eyes opened, embedding on Hazard who's eyes was blazing in rile.
"Huh? You mean Pispa?" Ronnie stammered.
"I don't like repeating myself."
"She is my student, she is always stubborn. I'm sorry for her rude behavior." Ronnie quivered. All in the city knew what Hazard was capable of doing.
"Stubborn?" Hazard repeated, his voice dripping in anger, his gaze wouldn't leave Pispa cab leaving, Ronnie nodded fearfully. Hazard twisted his lips into a deep frown, rushing into his car as he zoomed out instantly.
"That girl." Ronnie muttered with his balled fist, he rushed into his car zooming out as well hurriedly.
*
Pispa was in the car, she kept blinking her eyes, the tears was trying to come out from her eyes. If that rascal didn't deliberately shortened the time—she could have been the winner.
Yeah.. Ronnie forced to partake but with all her heart, she was trying to use her skills in the contest but it all got ruined.
A message came into her phone, it was from Katie.
"I watched everything. Why did you ran off?" The message read.
"Let's met at the playground." Pispa typed back to her.
In some minutes, the car came to a halt, Pispa came down paying off the cab man and he zoomed off.
Katie spotted Pispa approaching her. She waved at her. "Pispa."
Pispa looked forth seeing her, she smiled at her immediately, Katie ran and hugged her tightly, she knew what she was passing through, shortly, they disengaged.
Katie was smiling painfully at her. "C'mon don't make me feel emotional." Pispa said as they both left to the swing. They sat. The swing goes slowly.
"Why were you late?" Katie began. "I..."
"Hey.. don't start, I don't want to remember any single thing that happened back there... I failed and that blue eyes rascal caused it all, he shortened the time." Pispa said with frustration dripping in her voice.
Katie sighed. "He wanted to revenge.. I mean about the slap... That man is so ruthless. I saw a headline, he doused hot water on his maids simply because they didn't make a meal to his taste." Katie explained.
"So heartless." Pispa breathed "I'm sure gonna make him regret knowing me."
Katie chuckled teasingly. "He wants you, in his company?"
Pispa chuckled sadly. "Probably in his slumber. I will make sure never to cross path with him again." She rolled her eyes.
"You know Pispa?" Katie exhaled deeply. "That man.. he always goes for what he wants and I'm afraid he would come after you."
Pispa giggled sarcastically. "Are you in any way scared of that bunch of craps?"
Katie nodded slowly.
"Well.. I'm not scared of him a bit. I will give him a bleeding nose next he tries shits with me..." Pispa paused, breathing in and out angrily.
Katie looked up at her. "You failed... Hope you don't have crazy thoughts?" She asked when Pispa had gone quite.
For a moment Pispa was looking at her fingers. She could remember quite well how she was humiliated. Slowly she looked up at Katie and smiled. "Nope. I will pass next time." With that she pushed the swing and it went up in the air.
Katie sighed. "I Just hope you happy." She shrugged and did the same.

His PA was not left out, he dare not look at him or talk unless he was asked to speak. Vida's eyes was lowered as he used the corner of his eyes watching Hazard.

"Oh.. that's bad. I hope you win in the next competition."

NIGHT ~ 07:34pm
ON STREET.
Messages kept pinging into Pispa's phone as she walks home, she careless who that was but he became so unbearable, she had to check out who that was.
Ronnie..?
He had sent load of messages. Pispa exhaled as she angrily clicked into her message app.
"I'm sorry for all that happened but you have to apologise to that man" The message popped out.
Pispa chuckled angrily. "You think I'm a flimsy you can toy with? Idiot." She muttered sadly.
*Go to hell with him.* Pispa typed back to him, and started making her way out.
Soon, her phone rang, it was Ronnie calling, Pispa ignored it, it came again she heaved heavily before receiving the call, placing the phone on her ear.
"Mr. Wreker. What can I do for you?" Pispa snorted, she licked her lips in anger as she waits.
"Look Pispa, I know you as one of a crazy girl but.. I'm so sorry you got humiliated and was eliminated but you need to apologise to that man... He is plotting something lousy... He is a devil." Ronnie said.
Pispa nodded gently, her eyes shinning in fury. "Did he ask you to do this? You didn't tell him, I'm the devil herself? Well.. tell him I should be the one needing the apology.." Pispa paused, she tried to hold her breathes.
"Pi.."
"I'm not done yet... He deliberately made me to fail.. I failed because of him and.. I think you are the least I should be talking to right now... You stood like a dummy watching him humiliating your student and you did nothing... And now he need an apology from me?" Pispa snapped. She gulped in her spit as she tried to repress her anger.
"Craps! Fuck you too!!!!" Pispa yelled hanging up immediately as she breathed hard. "I'm practicing the one needing the apology. Idiot." She Jibbed leaving again.
She doesn't want to think about it—all that happened earlier today. No. She had to put a stop to her thinking.
She tried to be in her best self so that her mother wouldn't find out. Her heart was heavy. She hadn't failed in a competition before... And now she did because of some manic she met?
He will surely pay for it.
Her eyes were fixed on her phone as she scrolled on, she kept scoffing. The video of her cooking contest was flying in the internet.
She licked her lower lips and exhaled deeply.
Suddenly a car, double-crossed her as the tyre Screeched in front of her and she stopped immediately looking up from her phone surprisingly.
She looked around, some hefty men in black had alighted from the car and encased her and first time in her life, she felt scared. Fear surged into her.
Are they kidnapping her? She thought fearfully.
And again, she was shocked to the bone marrow, when the car door of another car opened, she watched as a pair of black shoe came out of the car and the second leg followed. Pispa battered her eyes shockingly seeing Hazard.
He was in his black suits, his eyes had turned into venoms, he had an impish look, he strode towards her and stood, his hands had shoved into his pockets, looking her in the eyes.
Pispa's heart was pounding on her chest already, this guy standing in front of her was as dangerous as a devil. His is trying to kidnap her... right?
From her right to her left hand, the men was standing unshakeably with their dark shades.
"Well, well, well," he said, his voice dripping with amusement. "We meet again little feisty one."
Pispa looked up at him nonplussed, she gulped nothing as her throat bobbled. Her eyes was flickering in anger, as she clenched onto her phone tightly.
She made to talk but had to swallow back her words, she hated that guy, ever since she met him, she felt miserable and humiliated.
Harzard's smile was cold, calculating. "You'll come with me, Pispa. You're mine now." he said, his voice dripping with charm.
