Its stone walls were bare, devoid of decorations or symbols. The only source of illumination came from a single violet crystal suspended from the ceiling, bathing everything beneath it in an eerie, muted glow.
At the very center of the room sat a solitary wooden chair. Its back faced the entrance, and whoever occupied it remained completely hidden.
