"The final opportunity of humanity? What is it?" Alex asked, his voice was calm but his eyes were sharp.
Arthur didn't waste time.
"It's called the Tower of Wish," he said. "When you enter, it judges your potential value. Not your current strength, but your potential. Based on that, it assigns you a rank. Common. Uncommon. Rare. Legendary. Possibly even higher."
Alex listened quietly.
"After you're ranked," Arthur continued, "you can make a wish. The tower grants something corresponding to your rank and your request. The President entered a while ago and received Legendary rank. He wished for his talent to evolve. It now evolved twice."
There was pride in Arthur's voice.
"I got Rare. My talent evolved once. Those below Rare usually get some enhancements in their talent, techniques, skills. Nothing too outrageous."
He paused.
"This opportunity is opening for every human. One time only. So come to the alliance and test yourself."
The call ended.
