Mumbai – Juhu, Krishna Villa
The morning sunlight poured through the large glass windows of Krishna Villa. Krishna paced slowly across the hall, his hands behind his back, while Manoj sat on the sofa with a tablet, waiting.
Krishna had just conquered the box office again. Now came the most important question—what next?
Manoj broke the silence.
"Krishna, the industry expects you to choose another action film now. Your image is at its peak. We should decide fast."
Krishna stopped walking and turned toward him.
"Manoj, I already decided."
He walked to the table, picked up a file, and handed it to Manoj.
"I wrote this script myself. Read it."
Manoj raised his eyebrows in surprise and opened the file.
K.G.F: Chapter 1 — The Rise of a Sultan
The Vow
Driven by a promise made to his dying mother—to become the wealthiest man on earth—a ruthless street fighter named Rocky rises from the streets of Bombay. Feared by the powerful and followed by the desperate, he becomes a force no one can ignore.
The Mission
To claim ultimate power, Rocky accepts what seems like a suicide mission: infiltrate the Kolar Gold Fields, a fortress built on slavery, and assassinate its tyrannical ruler, Garuda.
The Infiltration
Disguised as a slave, Rocky enters the mines and witnesses a hell called Blood Gold—where thousands are worked to death in silence. He realizes his enemy is not just one man, but an entire system of terror.
The Ascension
Rocky transforms from a cold assassin into a symbol of rebellion. In a massive, unforgettable climax, he kills Garuda in front of the enslaved masses. He doesn't just complete the mission—he takes the throne, turning a graveyard of slaves into an empire of soldiers.
Manoj slowly lowered the file. His expression had changed completely.
"Krishna…" he said seriously, "this script is made for you. This isn't just a movie—this is history. We start this project immediately."
Krishna nodded.
"Yes. Begin pre-production. And cast Shraddha as the female lead."
Manoj smiled knowingly.
"You already wrote the character with her in mind, didn't you?"
Krishna didn't answer—his silence was enough.
"Alright," Manoj said, standing up. "I'll contact Maya."
Before leaving, Manoj paused.
"By the way, the Filmfare Awards are on 31 January. Do you want to attend?"
Krishna shook his head.
"Not interested. Maybe some other time."
"Okay," Manoj replied and left.
The villa became quiet again.
Krishna resumed walking when his phone rang.
Shraddha.
He smiled and answered.
"So… how's my hero doing?" she teased.
"Nothing much," Krishna replied calmly. "Alone at home, watching the sun."
Shraddha laughed.
"You're so boring, Krishna. By the way, will you come to the Filmfare Awards?"
"Not interested," he said. "If I go, they'll give most of the awards to you and Vanga anyway. You attend."
"Okay, baby," she said softly.
They talked for a while about small things—work, life, laughter—until the call ended.
After disconnecting, Krishna sat at his desk, opened his laptop, and began analyzing stock investments.
Outside, the city moved on.
Inside, another empire had already begun forming.
Post K.G.F Pre-Production
After the announcement of K.G.F, pre-production officially began.
Krishna became extremely busy—shooting for multiple brand endorsements, meetings with international partners, and script discussions. Manoj handled the remaining responsibilities.
One important decision was still pending—the director.
Krishna suggested a name personally.
"Manoj, approach Prashanth Neel. This film needs a director who understands mass, scale, and intensity."
Manoj arranged a meeting.
When Prashanth Neel heard that the project starred Krishna, he didn't hesitate. After reading the story, he instantly connected with it.
"This film isn't just action," Prashanth said. "It's power, emotion, and rebellion. I'm in."
With that, K.G.F officially went into full-scale pre-production.
31 January 2015
Filmfare Awards Night
Mumbai glittered under flashlights as celebrities arrived one after another.
Media, paparazzi, and fans crowded the red carpet.
Questions flew from every direction.
Ranveer Singh & Deepika Padukone
Ranveer Singh arrived with Deepika Padukone.
This time, things were different.
After the controversy involving Krishna the previous year, Ranveer's public image had suffered badly. Despite public apologies and aggressive PR, his 2014 film had turned into a box-office disaster.
Now, both Ranveer and Deepika were under strict instructions from Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
No controversies. One mistake, and the contract would be cancelled.
Reporters shouted:
"Ranveer, is it true you're working with Bhansali sir again?"
"Deepika, what do you think about Krishna's success?"
"Ranveer, are you and Deepika dating?"
Deepika smiled politely, posed for photographs, and without answering a single question, walked straight into the Filmfare hall. Ranveer followed silently.
Shraddha arrived alone—and instantly became the center of attention.
After delivering two massive blockbusters with Krishna, she had officially entered the league of top star actresses.
Paparazzi surrounded her.
"Shraddha, are you dating Krishna?"
"Shraddha, is Krishna coming tonight?"
"How's your relationship with him?"
She smiled calmly.
"Krishna is busy with some work," she said softly.
"He couldn't attend today."
And with that, she moved inside—graceful, confident, untouchable.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga
Sandeep Reddy Vanga walked in next.
A reporter asked boldly,
"Sir, will your next film be as violent as Kabir Singh?"
Sandeep smiled.
"My next film will be even more violent."
The media went silent for a second—then exploded with excitement.
Inside the Filmfare Hall
The lights dimmed.
Karan Johar took the stage.
"Welcome, everyone, to Filmfare Awards 2015. Thank you for being part of this incredible night."
The show was hosted by Karan Johar, Alia Bhatt, and Kapil Sharma.
Dance performances lit up the stage one after another.
After the performances, Karan turned to Kapil.
"Kapil, this is your first Filmfare. Nervous?"
Kapil sighed dramatically.
"Karan, I came here to see Krishna… but he didn't come. Very sad. But it's okay—Deepika is here, my mood is back!"
The audience burst into laughter.
Alia teased Kapil.
"Karan, I think Kapil likes me too much."
Kapil protested.
"What problem? Am I not fit to be her hero?"
Karan laughed.
"Kapil, after marriage, will you allow Alia to act?"
Kapil replied instantly,
"If she doesn't act, what will we eat?"
Alia smirked.
"If I marry, I'll still work. Why don't I just marry Ranveer Singh?"
The entire hall erupted in laughter.
Karan announced,
"And the Best Actor Award goes to…"
A pause.
"Krishna – for Kabir Singh!"
Thunderous applause filled the hall.
But Krishna wasn't present.
Sandeep Reddy Vanga walked up to the stage.
"Krishna is busy with work," he said.
"I accept this award on his behalf."
Kapil teased Karan.
"Karan, why haven't you cast Krishna yet? Or does he reject you?"
Karan smiled diplomatically.
"I don't have the right script yet—but we will definitely work together."
Kapil turned to Alia.
"Alia, who would you date—me or Krishna?"
Alia blushed.
"Krishna… of course."
Kapil pretended to faint.
Shraddha watched silently—slightly uncomfortable—but smiled, knowing it was scripted.
"Best Actress Award goes to… Shraddha Kapoor – Kabir Singh!"
Shraddha walked onto the stage and delivered an emotional speech.
"Best Director – Sandeep Reddy Vanga."
One by one, Kabir Singh and Aashiqui 2 dominated the night.
Someone joked on stage,
"If Krishna releases four films a year like Akshay Kumar, Filmfare might shut down!"
Laughter echoed.
Other actresses watched Shraddha with clear jealousy—but she ignored it all.
Filmfare Night Ends
As the curtains fell, one thing was clear:
An era had begun.
And Krishna was standing at its centereven in absence.
After completing all his brand ambassador shoots abroad, Krishna finally returned to India.
At the airport, fans from different countries waited for him—some holding posters, some wearing his movie T-shirts. Krishna stopped for everyone, signing autographs, taking pictures, and thanking them personally.
"Thank you for supporting me," he said again and again, his smile calm but sincere.
Only after meeting his fans did he head home.
Krishna Villa – Night
Krishna entered his villa after a long time. The familiar silence felt comforting.
The first thing he did was call Shraddha.
They talked about small things—her day, his travel, random memories. Shraddha told him about her preparation for their upcoming film. Though her role didn't have many scenes in Chapter 1, she was giving her best.
Because of this project, she had rejected multiple offers from other production houses.
"I trust this film," she said. "And I trust you."
Krishna smiled quietly.
After the call, Krishna contacted Manoj.
"Manoj, how's the pre-production going?"
"Everything's on track," Manoj replied.
"In a few more days, pre-production will be completely finished."
Krishna nodded.
"Good. My next film releases in December this year."
"No issues from our side," Manoj said confidently.
Late Night – Krishna's Room
Krishna stood near the window, looking at the moonlit Mumbai sky.
He knew very well
Two big films were also scheduled to release in December.
But it didn't worry him.
Because the problem wasn't for him.
The problem was for them.
Krishna wasn't just a star anymore.
He was now an Asia-level phenomenon.
And December was already waiting for him.
