Angus rarely saw animals this huge; his muscles tensed up, and he worriedly blocked in front of Jasmine, hands gripping his weapon tightly.
If the moose frantically attacked them, with his large and strong physique, he could still obstruct them for a while, sacrificing himself so the Lord would have a chance to run away first.
"It's alright, don't get agitated." Jasmine patted Angus's shoulder to reassure him, signaling everyone to lower their weapons.
Moose had a rather mild temperament; as long as they didn't actively provoke them or threaten their young, there was no need to worry about the moose attacking without reason.
Moreover, this moose herd was likely the one they met drinking by the lake before; this area was probably their feeding territory.
"Follow them and see, maybe they will lead us somewhere." Jasmine thought for a moment, her intuition telling her something. She called the others to tip-toe and intend to follow the moose herd.
