"Keep going, I think you made a dent this time," Eric said, cheering me on.
Though I didn't feel very cheerful.
If anything, I wanted nothing more than to run away.
Three days straight of just slashing at a wall, feeling my arms go numb from the vibrations, and then so on and so forth.
Progress-wise? I didn't make any progress.
But even if it was stupid, I did feel that my body got a tad bit sturdier.
And so, for the first time in three days, I decided to strike the wall with some actual force, just to test the ropes.
Yet what I definitely didn't expect was for the half-decent downward slash to cleave into the wall, creating several small cracks as a couple-meter-wide opening suddenly formed in front of me.
CRAAAAAACK!
Startled, I brought my wooden sword back, fully expecting it to be broken after that.
But it was unscathed.
Actually, there wasn't even a scratch on it.
