"Harith! get ready to use your magic, from the sound of it these things that're coming isn't human." Murph said to which Harith immediately replied with a nod.
"Got it.
The ground was shaking even more as the creatures were getting closer to the bureau awakened, and with a loud roar, what awaited them at the end of the tunnel was 6 grotesque animals that had been fused by other animals and even humans, as those monsters were charging straight towards Murph and Mr. Cell's group, their fangs protruded out of their mouth and their drools dripped like a slime.
GROAARR!!
"IT'S A CHIMERA!" Mr. Cell shouted.
Within the split second after Mr. Cell spoke, Umbra suddenly began his chant, a blazing fire appeared on both of his hands while the golden chains rattled.
At first he looked like he was about to shoot a fireball, however even after his fire had grow into the size of a soccer ball, it kept growing and growing.
Whirrr!!
The fire on his hands grew to be he size of an entire door, and with a strong push, Umbra them shot his magic to the charging chimeras.
A streamline of fire blew out of his hands like a water jet, heading towards one of the chimera's head, the fire stream then split into multiple branch, each branch moved as if it had its own brain and turned to the other chimeras, making Umbra's fire hit all of the chimeras and engulfing them with the flame.
GRROOAAARRR!!!
HOAARRRRRRGHH!!!
The 6 chimeras writhed in pain as its skin was peeled off from its body, burning endlessly while the rest of the awakened division dashed forward.
Mr. Cell had his sword ready, he and Murph activated their sword aura, covering their sword with glowing light and flames.
Seeing as how the chimeras were still alive even after being burned, Umbra decided to add more of his mana.
"They're quite tought huh." He said.
"O' Ignis, Heed my plea."
Whirrr!!
Another fire was summoned, but instead of doing the same spell like before, Umbra now focused his mana and imagination into a single point, that point was where all of the magic power were concentrated, and with a calm gesture, his hand posed as if he was holding a bow and imagining the concentrated flame as an arrow.
The fire burned brigthly on his hand, stretching all the way above his head to his knee.
"Locked."
FWOONGG!
Umbra took a short breath, released the air in his lungs and shot the fire arrow into the writhing chimeras.
The flame arrow, which had its tip filled with concentrated fire that acted as an explosive, unfortunately missed the chimeras as they were moving frantically from the fire that engulfed them.
The arrow ended up falling to the floor, and as soon as its tip touched the metallic surface, it exploded into a spectacle.
BOOM!
A mushroom cloud appeared on the city street, every civilians in the area were forcibly awakened from their sleep and peeked out of the window.
Witnessing the sudden explosion that happened, seemingly coming from underground, the people that were sleeping thought that a gas pipe had exploded out of nowhere.
"What the hell happened!!?" A man said from his balcony.
"Did a gas pipe explode?" His neighbor asked from her front yard.

Cough! Cough!
"Who the hell uses an explosion like that underground! What if the ground collapses!" Harith coughed as he scoffed at the reckless fire mage.
His worry wasn't unreasonable though, because when the dusts had settled, Murph and Mr. Cell could see that the sewer roof had cracked from the explosion.
If they were to use the same spell again and cause more unnecessary destruction, it'd be costly to repair.
"Umbra! What the hell are you doing!" Mr. Cell shouted.
"Ugh!"
He then realized that his coat and everything else was wet, the explosion from Umbra's magic caused the sewer water to spray into every direction, its smelly stench hit his nose like a needle and many people in there almost threw up when they noticed.
From the ashes of the explosion remains, Mr. Cell abruptly heard a quiet groan from where the chimeras were standing.
"Good grief, these things are tougher than i thought." He said.
Even after being burned and subjected into an explosion similar to a bomb, the chimeras have somehow survived both of these attacks
When the 6 of them regained the control over their body, their eyes quickly locked into Umbra as if they knew that he was the one that did all of the magic from before.
"Uwahh, that's creepy.. They knew it was me." Umbra said, he noticed all of the gazes from the chimeras.
"Don't use your magic from now, you'll cause more destruction.." Mr. Cell said, he urged Umbra to stay behind everyone and just watch.
"That's no fun." Umbra replied, he frowned and walked backwards, he surprisingly didn't try to argue or fight back.
"Whatever."
After Umbra had arrived behind everyone, he stood beside Lena who was also watching the fight, since she was only a healer, she can't fight really well, or rather she can't fight at all.
"Yo. You're the healer?" Umbra tried to strike a conversation, only to be ignored by Lena who was focusing on the battle.
The chimeras eventually began to move again, even when most of their limbs had been torn off, their body's being all charred and burned, and their distorted faces, they seems to be ignoring all of that.
These chimeras cannot feel pain, and they can't think of anything beside what they had been ordered.
And that order was to go berserk.
Any injuries, any obstacles, and even any deaths that came for them, they won't stop trying to rampage everything in their path, because that was the order their creator gave to them.
"The chimera we fought from before wasn't this tough.." Murph said with Carlessa and Harith beside him.
"Does it have a high elemental resistance?.."
"Probably yeah." Carlessa replied.
Then, Mr. Cell who realized that the chimera were still alive, promptly ordered Carmen and the other combatant named Elyth to attack.
"It's tough against magic, and from the looks of it, they're going to regenerate.. Carmen, Elyth, charge." He said.
"As you wish." Elyth replied while Carmen only laughed.
Swooshh!
"Hahaha! You need to live before me if you want to order this old man."
Since Carmen had always been someone that was hard to be ordered, Mr. Cell decided to make an adjustment for him.
"I'll give you 2 days off." He said to Carmen.
Upon hearing the reward that was promised, Carmen suddenly widened his eyes and smiled.
"Make it 3! And here i go!"
Swoosh!
Carmen followed behind Elyth who dashed earlier, their distance against the chimeras slowly closing in as they prepared for their attack.
"Should we help?.." Harith asked while looking at Murph.
The stern-looking man soon replied.
"The two of them should be enough."
ROAAARRRR!!!
All of the chimeras lunged their jaw towards Elyth and Carmen, while Carmen dodged to the side almost immediately, Elyth instead chose to face the attack head on.
Both of her hands were on her sword hilt, and when the chimeras were about to snap her body in half, she activated her sword aura, completely covering her swod blade with water and swung it as fast as she could diagonally.
SWING!
Her sword sliced through the chimeras as the water that spun around her sword was splattered into every direction.
The clear liquid acted like a lubricant to the sword slash and half of the chimera's head was cut off in a smooth straight line.
The countless water droplets and puddle that were let loose from Elyth's sword ended up hitting the floor and the roof, creating a scratch and even small crevices, a seemingly normal body of water suddenly turned into a deadly attack as the force it carries from its supersonic speed made it fatal to even metallic surface.

Loud groan and roar shook the entire sewer system like an earthquake, Elyth had done her damage, and now it's time for Carmen to end it off.
After he dodged the incoming attack from the chimeras, he secretly jumped from the walls and was about to land ontop of one of the chimera's body. When his hand touched with the chimera's burned fur, Carmen quietly opened his mouth and spoke, chanting a spell for a God.
"I ask His Majesty, Gladior. Let my hand become a blade and let my blade split the sky open."
THUNK!!!
The sound of a metal hitting the sewer floor was heard, its ringing noise echoed throughout the tunnel and almost crushed everyone's ears as they saw a shining sword blade appeared out of Carmen's hand and cut the chimera in half.
Strong wind bursted out of Carmen's blade, the sewer water that was previously calm and stagnant turned into a wave and began heading towards everyone.
"Urghhh!!" Harith grunted as he covered his ears.
"Fuck!! Im not getting wet a second time!" Carlessa added, she gritted her teeth and planning to jump over the wave.
Splashh!!
