Chapter 40 - Chapter 40 – Questions Without Answers

Inside the Z City Army Base, an emergency meeting was convened.

Seated at the head of the table was Major General Joshua, Commanding Officer of the Z City Military Installation. His presence alone silenced the room.

Around him sat unit heads from multiple divisions—Cyber Operations, Intelligence, Network Security, and Strategic Defense. The Head of Cyber Security was present as well.

Lana and Luna were also in attendance.

The discussion was direct and serious.

The attack had been unlike anything they had faced in recent years—coordinated, adaptive, and clearly planned well in advance. Reports were reviewed, timelines analyzed, and defensive responses dissected.

Lana and Luna exchanged a brief glance—perfectly synchronized, as always.

A murmur rippled through the room.

Joshua's eyes sharpened.

"I didn't ask what he's known for," he said calmly. "I asked who he is."

His gaze remained fixed on them.

"I believe you know him personally."

The twins remained silent for a moment.

Then Luna answered carefully. "We do. But we don't have his consent to reveal his identity."

Joshua studied them, weighing his words.

"Very well," he said at last. "You will speak with Mr. Fool. Explain the situation. And when he is ready, you will bring the details to me."

The twins nodded together.

"Yes, sir."

As the meeting adjourned, one thing was clear.

Mr. Fool had crossed a threshold.

And the military had begun to notice.
