Caesar offered a standard military salute before getting straight to business, his expression cold as he looked at the blond man. "You went to the Rubel Forest a few days ago?"
"What, miss me? It's only been a few days, and you're already so anxious about my movements?" The blond man lounged on a sofa, his handsome, rakish emerald eyes narrowed as he swirled a glass of red wine with a smile. Even though the light screen only showed a partial view, it was clear he led an incredibly extravagant life.
"What were you doing in the Rubel Forest?"
"As your good brother, the one who grew up with you, how could I possibly stand by and do nothing after you were ambushed by those vile insects? Of course I went to get revenge for you!"
