Intro (I don't have a good opening song yet)
Puberty Syndrome, is a term used to describe abnormal experiences during adolescence as a result of sensitivity and instability. Although considered an urban legend, this occurrence is experienced by many teens throughout the modern world. Those who have Adolescence Syndrome are susceptible to various events or experiences that would be considered abnormal and irregular almost like off handed or annoying psychic powers that force one to work on their personal issues.

3rd Person POV
From the perspective we see a rather tall young looking boy. A boy with messy black hair and dull greenish eyes, He was almost otherworldly levels of attractive and the ideal guy for balanced masculinity and femininity, Well, If it wasn't for those eyebags and gloomy atmosphere.
This was our protagonist, Lucian Ohn
It was a rather uneventful day, Really, As Lucian was walking home with his backpack several passers turning their heads to glance at him and a few passing whispers about his looks while our MC completely looking dead inside or almost annoyed at...Something? Afterall thoughts speak louder than words.
Lucian passed a couple walking on the street
"Aw~ you look amazing today" The male of the couple suddenly told his soon to be Ex girlfriend
'God, I'm so in love with her, Could do without the extra makeup though...'
"Thanks babe~"
'Ugh, Il string him along until i get my Christmas present, Then its splits~'
*Sigh*
Walking past his mailbox he noticed a few unpaid bills in the box stacked in a uncaring way
'The bills are piled up again...' Lucian thought as he headed inside throwing his bag onto the ground against the wall and was about to walk into the kitchen until he heard a familiar voice, His adopted mother, Seonhui Ohn
"Pretty? I'm not pretty! Look how old i am~"
He paused waiting outside waiting for the call to finish not wanting to interrupt, He knew from her current perspective she thought he was a sweet guy so he was content. But if he breaks her heart he'd gouge his eyes out.
Finally the call ended and Lucian walked in
"Oh! Lucian when did you get home?" She asked curiously, He always manage to sneak up on her
"Just now" Lucian replied casually
Honestly, Staring at his adoptive mothers expression Lucian had a brief flashback to roughly a year ago.
1 Year Ago (Lucian Age 15 POV)
Another hellish day
"Fuck" Lucian thought out loud
Currently, Lucian was sitting in his front row seat just trying to peacefully focus on reading novel called Dr. Stone one of his favorite manga to read and was so completely invested he tuned out most of his classmates voices and inner thoughts.
Of course their were static and some stray thoughts especially about him but he was used to such attention both the good and bad.
Lucian overheard something in a group behind him a few rows about him being feminine and a few other peoples thoughts agreeing without saying it out loud if not a few whispering it...Cowards.
Suddenly he heard some randoms thoughts about 'Lets check' in a rather slimy way and 'Is he really gonna do it?' in a more concerned way but Lucian felt the emotion behind it was actually more excited to see what was about to happen
Obviously i knew someone was trying to approach stealthily, I heard several students thoughts directed towards them wondering what's about to happen, and i could feel the bastards intention but didn't exactly know what he was about to do, I think he's gonna try and fight me or at the least antagonize me.
*Tap* *Tap*
Suddenly this fucker surprised me gripping me from behind a lot sooner than i planned not allowing any space to move especially since i was in my desk and he pulled me out of my seat and squeezed my crotch with morbid curiosity
*CRASH!* *Squeeze*
"Oh! He's a man alright!" He called out smirking to his so called friends
"He's packing too! This son of a bitch has an dragon down there!" Asshat said mostly to himself but also claiming it to his friends while laughing to himself and committing sexual assault
However....
I quickly reeled back with my left hand and roughly backhanded his jaw while turning my hips to escape, Causing him to stagger back
"Fuck!? My Jaw!"
Not giving him any time to react just like how he gave me no warning... I mean i could read minds and i guess its my fault for not reading the room better, Still...
I grabbed some students book bag from a nearby desk swiftly moving behind him trying his hands together with the strap of the bag and kicking the back of his knee, roughly forcing him onto his knees.
*Crunch* *Step* *Step* *Step*
"YOU little fuck! Now I'm really fucking mad!" He yelled out as if he wasn't tied up and on his knees...Pause?
"Ohhh no~ I'm so quivering in my sneakers" I replied very blankly and with a sarcastic edge while gripping my Dr Stone Manga closed
Before he could get another word or thought out i gripped him by his lengthy hair and smashed my book into his cheek again, and again
Again, Again, Again, Again, Again, And again...
He tried to get a few pissed off words out but i honestly didn't let him
*SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!* *SLAP!*
"I swear...You just wait till i get out of this fuckin-" He replied with tears welling up in his eyes but before he could finish i gripped his chin forcing him to look up at me and shutting his dumbass mouth, Not like there's anything useful or somewhat intelligent that would come out
"You REALLY don't understand the situation your in do you? If you make a scene in this classroom again, Il gouge your eyes out" I said to him very clearly while whispering that last part not wanting everybody else to hear that specific part
I let get before suddenly lifting him up by the collar of his shirt, Not much effort since dumbass number 1 isn't the heavy no in reality he was a twig who had no power or authority to bully anybody, Anyway i shoved him back before giving a quick front kick to push him back into his group of friends as he fell crying like a little bitch even more so as his "friends" dispersed to avoid his tumble
The classroom was quiet, Well at least for everyone else since i was now unfocused and hearing everybody thoughts as usual, This time their thoughts were divided pretty evenly surprising me
'I cant believe he just did that'
'I mean that guy did suddenly grab his crotch, Like seriously?'
'Meh that guy was an asshole anyway'
'How is that pretty boy not expelled yet'
'What am i going to eat tonight? Wait shit do i even have enough for takeout?'
'Wow that was fuckin awesome'
'I might be gay'
Okay...Il ignore that last one
Lucian casually sat down back in his desk as if he did not just traumatize a student and starts to monologue
Honestly how the cops or public safety haven't shut this school of delinquents down is a mystery to even me despite the location, i guess
In this school war begins the moment anyone lets their guard down here, There's constant brawls and the strong rule the weak and hell even the reverse is true since if your apart of a group with a well known self proclaimed "leader" even those stronger than you would have no choice but to kneel. There's always gonna be losers who act tough to get higher in the so called hierarchy and bullies were possibly the only constant in this place. The teachers don't care as long as their not present and even when present at the absolute best both of the students need to apologize, even when one student was outright beating a defenseless one, to each other then carry on with the day, Since i was the poor very pretty boy but also a loner i was a prime target for these fools, But il keep showing them till they leave me the fuck alone, As long as i don't show weakness il force them to ignore me.
Timeskip to after class
we were all at the outside having free time, as i looked in front of me with an annoyed look sweating just a bit as their were three guys in front of me and 2 Behind me.
clearly they were gonna try to annoy me but how did they figure out it was me? I'm pretty sure i beat him down enough to not get on my badside...
'Eh? So this pretty boy is the guy Hyukjin told me about?' The fat ass leader thought
Alright never mind, So it was asshole number 1...
Can i win? It's 5 against one and their both behind and in front of me and there's nothing around me to use...Maybe with my mind reading i could win but that's my only advantage. The leader was probably the biggest threat, literally, He was 6'2 and overweight at almost 134 Kg which...Was NOT a middle school statistic. The two guys next to him on both sides were roughly the same in height and build at just a few centimeters shorter than me and skinnier than me, Their no real issue. The actual problem were the guys behind me since one was a noteable track athlete and the other guy was honestly as fat at the leader just shorter...Whatever just focus on finding a way to win.
The track athlete behind me is the guy i should take down first, He's the fastest and probably the best fighter here. Alright, I can do this.
However before i could employ my strategy suddenly several curious thoughts clouded me and saw a few students turn their attention to behind me and all of a sudden i felt a very familiar mind enter my range.
'What?' I thought as i quickly turned behind me and saw something i would never wish for
"You goddam jerks!
'Huh? W-Wait...' I thought
I saw my adopted mother running towards our crowded area in her old ragged clothes and it was the first time id ever seen her this angry
"Lucian, are you okay?" She roared almost right in my face looking concerned and upset above all else
"S...Seonhui..." I said her first name like usual, Its not like she's my actual mom anyway
'Why is she here?'
"You punks why were you trying to gang up on my Son!?" -'I just came by to give the signed sheet to his teacher from a few days ago, Why didn't he tell me he was getting bullied' She thought in a concerned way
'Oh...I'm so screwed' I thought to myself as i suddenly heard the thoughts of a few girls
'Wow~ WHATS that?' Bitch
'Is that his mom?'
'Ha! Did he call his mommy?'
'No i didn't you bi-' I thought before my thoughts getting cut off by the leaders and Seonhui's conversation
"Ma'am, We were just playing a game, Honest" He said in a attempted proper tone
"Game!?" She roared back at him getting in his face
I glanced toward another part of the crowd as suddenly more students joined in with amusement
"Yeonhui..." I said
"Lets go to the homeroom teacher!"
"Sto-"
"What's your name!?"
I read everyone's mind and found out...They were looking down on me and watching the scene with amusement
I knew she was trying to be helpful and only had pure intentions for me but All of a sudden all my effort to appear intimidating and all that trauma i inflicted on those fuckers to leave me alone was undone, Just like that...Suddenly i snapped
"Yeonhui, i said stop! YOUR FUCKING EMBARRESSING ME!" I roared out surprising even myself, I prided myself in keeping my emotions withdrawn and being rational during stress
I said some awful things to my current and only mother...and supported my enemy
"Sorry about that man" I said to the fucking bully that i previously wanted to rip apart
I'm the worlds biggest living trash
I'm so sorry...Mom
Back to the present...
"-An"
"Lucian!?" His mom called out looking worried
"Huh? Oh sorry mom just zoned out a bit"
Lucian's mom looked a bit concerned but nonetheless accepted the excuse. Suddenly Lucian turned towards the front door and started to headout.
"Where you going?" His adoptive mother called out.
"Just the convenience store" Lucian answered.
"Alright, Be safe" She replied
Both smiling and unknowing that this would be the last time they would see each other.
Lucian yawned as he crossed the street to head to the nearest convenience store. The sky shone orange as the sun was about to set in about an hour.
However suddenly Lucian felt as if something was...Off? Usually thoughts would be flooding in his head especially since he was right next to random houses and a convenience store but, Now?
Nothing for the first time
He felt that something was coming for him. But before he could sense what was going on, the world started to distort. A dull throbbing in his head and a pain flared behind his eyes. A feeling of wrongness started to overwhelm him. What the hell was this?
But Lucian's vision got even blurrier so he closed his eyes for a second and then...
*insert dramatic sound effect*
Lucian opened his eyes and looked around to find that the empty and quiet road he was on no longer existed but was instead replaced by a bustling district that looked vaguely like an old fashioned Chinatown with him being in the middle of one of the alleys.
The outro (Ouran Highschool Outro) slowly faded into existence as he spoke his final words of wisdom
"What the fu-"

Well that's its for the Prolouge, I'm going to try and improve my writing as it progresses and I'm open to any advice since this is my first time writing in general. In my opinion there's not enough Apothacery Diaries fanfics and so many writers are using AI now so i thought i might as well throw my hat into the bin.
I hope this fanfic is up to your standards and you stick along for the VERY long ride, Since this is just the prolouge its short but i promise as the quality picks up chapter lengths are gonna get longer and longer
