"I want all of you to be the test proctors this year." Alfred Dawkins asks.
"What?!" the council members react.
"I see this may come as a surprise, but seeing how you all were able to handle the opening ceremony,I believe you'll all do well."
"I appreciate the offer professor but-" Luna says.
"There's no way I can be one," Faith cuts off Luna.
"I ask of you guys because I know the first years will know about what will come but I wanted to shake it up a bit surprise them a little."
"Are you sure you want us to handle it this year?" Issac asks.
"Yes if you are all up too the task. Of cours,e I dont want you to feel obligated to do it as we can just have the Professors do it" Alfred Dawkins reassures them.
The council members look at each other with concern.
"We'll only accept if Faith isn't involved."
"How about this. How about only one of you serves as the test proctor, and I get to choose who, excluding Faith. I'll just have other professors be the proctors for other stages."
"That sounds more reasonable," Luna says.
"It'll help us, especially if we want to become professors in the future," Axel adds.
Caesar nods.
"So I dont gotta do anything but watch sick."
"I want Issac to Proctor," Alfred speaks.
"I-it's an hono,r sir."
"Yes, as you will do well, as your illusions that I viewed at the opening ceremony and that courtyard battle were outstanding."
"Oh yeah, that battle, sorry," Issac apologies.
"If you dont mind me asking, Professor, who are you going to have Proctor the first test?"
"That will be up too Professor Lop."
"Professor Lop?" Axel, Luna, and Issac says in union with Caesar's eyes widening.
"Who again?" Faith asks.
"He's been out of action for a couple of months now, helping with the Court of Mages. As for another, she should be coming back soon from an expedition as her other half already returned."
"Oh i remember the bunn-"
"Faith," Luna says covering her mouth.
KNOCK KNOCK
"Ah there early we shall discuss what exactly your doing. On the other hand you all are fulfilling your duties great and keeping one another safe. Thank you for your time and meeting with me."
"Thank you Headmaster." The student council members leave the room exit through the door.
"Faith a moment please?" Alfred Dawkins speaks.
"Are you alright still?"
"Yes I am headmaster. No problems since."
"Good you have good friends there. Take care and stay safe."
"Yes thank you Headmaster." Faith briskly walks to the door as the other members are outside "hey you guys wait for-"

Faiths hat drops "Am sorry its-"
"Here you dont wanna get it dirty its looks to be in still great condition" Celeste Carmen says as she gives the hat back to Faith.
"T-thank you professor Carmen" Faith says.
"Your welcome Miss Alexander" as she smiles.
Ariana Heldam, Taz Fuldre, and Celeste Carmen stand on the side waiting for the Council Members to pass by.
All the professors nod with a smile.

"A sudden meeting just before heading home" Fillion Drake waits outside the Headmasters room.
The door opens.
The professors all gather.
"Hmph I guess I was the last one" Fillion Drake walks in as he stands in the back in the crowded room.
"Hes the last one again." Professor Ariana comments.
"Give him some slack he was able to help solve that sickness going around." Professor Taz responds.
"Such a modest man" Celeste Carmen comments.
"Great job on finding the cure Fillion." Professor Randall Deximer congratulates.
"Yeah it was cool." Fillion says with a monotone voice.
"Am surprised The Federations Okina Tenmu wasnt able to create one herself. Come to think of it she hasnt been up too par lately."
Fillions expression changes.
"It was dealing with poisons of course I would find it faster than her. But she has been holding it down by herself since I was gone. So please refrain from any bad talks."
"Professor Fillion I didnt mean to-"
"The meetings start straight ahead, Randall," Fillion says with a straight face.
"I never seen Fillion get worked up about anything."
"Of course when someone talks down about anyone from The Federation especially Okina he'll show something."
"Oh thats right they used to be-"
"Pay attention you two" Celeste says.
Headmaster Alfred Dawkins takes the stage "Good afternoon actually I should be saying Good evening. I apologize for this late meeting. With the Magus Exam being held in a couple weeks I want everyone to be on their best guard. We all are all well aware of both Dark Guilds of the Phantom Order and Deadly Venoms and there advancements towards our students. Each professor will be sent to an area to guard. To take extra precautions a Captain of the Federation will be present at this Exam. The teachers of the exempt students shall be with me during the exam. May everyone stay safe-"
"Huh what do you mean the meetings almost over?"

The headmasters door comes swinging open.
"Am back!! Everyone!"
A young woman who appears to be in her late 20s barges in.
She has long, dark red hair with amber eyes. Wearing a silver dragon earring that is shaped around the ear cuff, with brown and fair skin complexion. Donning a dark violet hooded dress reaching up to her knees with long, wide sleeves, a red flame-like design in the bottom that wraps around the dress with a subtle outline of wings and claws,and a single brown strap on the chest area.
"Oh shes back." "Oh no," "Dragon ladies back." The professors murmur amongst each other.
"Everyones favorite Soul/Spirit Creature Magic Professor is back!"
[First Year Professor: Kendrix Gram]
"I totally forgot about her," Taz comments.
"How long has it been?" Ariana says.
"Who is she?" Celeste Carmen asks.
Kendrix wraps around the roo,m "Good to see everyone. Randall loving the outfit. Taz Ariana its been ages and new Professor, I shall introduce myself later. Where Lop? I gotta share with him about my discoveries. Oh"she stops.
"Oh man" Fillion says with an exhausted expression.
Kendrix marches towards Fillion. "I thought partners were supposed to let each other know when the other was leaving and not leave stranded at the search area for several days."
"I wonder why," Fillion says under his breath.
Kendrix hits Fillion on the shoulder. "What was that? I love that sarcasm about you know ahjahaha!"
Fillion grips his ribs.
"Oh am so sorry, Fillion i gotta remember about your condition. Are you doing better?"
"A-am fine."
"That's a relief, but next time you should know I'm bad with my directions, Fillion. But it's alright, I had the animals help me find my way back here. And then I went to this place and-"
Fillion stares at the ground helplessly, waiting for her blabbering to end.
Kendrix continues to blabber on and on. "Then I found this plant and mushroom. Oh and I found information about the creature you were asking about-"
Fillion's eyes widen as he interrupts her. "Alright am sorry ,everyone your going to have to excuse us" as he drags Kendrix outside.
"Headmaster, I'll give youan update on what I found on my expeditio-"
SLAM
The Headmaster's door closes.
"Thats going to keep Fillion busy" Ariana comments.
"Together again."
"Kendrix Gram" Celeste Carmen.
"Oh right thats Kendrix, her and Fillion are sorta kinda a couple but its get messy as they have situations like what they were just talking about."
"This time he left her stranded" Taz shakes his head.
Headmaster Alfred Dawkins smiles.
"Professor, is everything alright?" Professor Kayneth asks.
"Yes everything is fine continuing on as for the Student Council and upperclassmen we asked for their help to oversea the first year's Magus Exam," Alfred says.
"That is just way too risky," Ariana says.
"Although it's been tradition it's still too dangerous," Taz says.
"We'll see how it goes" Celeste speaks.
The two professors then talk outside in a empty hallway.
"Were you really about too say that in front of everyone?"
"What, of course not, I just wanted you to drag me outside so it can be just the two of us." Kendrix puts her arms around Fillion's neck. "Why didnt tell me you were leaving early. Tryna get rid of me?"
"No, it was urgent. As soon as I heard that they were on the move again."
Kendrix stares at him with her amber eyes, solemnly listening. "I forgive you," Kendrix says with a soft smile.
Fillion turns his neck and looks away. "Stop messing around here. Those guys are already suspicious of me. Just tell me-"
Kendrix puts her finger on Fillion's lips, "Lighten u,p Fillion. You're not doing anything suspicious your just trying to save everyone and yourself.
"I-I just dont wanna let anyone get hurt anymore" Fillion voice cracks.
"Like I said many times before its not your fault Fillion." Kendrix hugs him and coresses his hair.
"Were going to find you a cure and save them as well. You have me to lean on dont just try to do everything yourself."
"Thank you Kendrix."
They embrace one another in the empty hallway with light emanating from the twilight sun as it comes to night.
"Also about that animal," Fillion asks.
"Oh yeah, I was able to get you."
CREAK The door from the Headmaster's room opens as all the professors begin to head out.
"Actually lets discuss this at home" Fillion says as he grabs Kendrix's hand.
"Alright," Kendrix responds.
"By the way, do you still have feelings for Okina?" she asks.
"Ugh, no"
"Really now."
Kendrix stares at him.
"Alright lets head on home." Kendrix grabs Fillion's arm as they head toward the entrance.
She rests her head against his chest.
BADUMP BADUMP
"Your heartbeats still strong." Kendrix comments.
"It'll continue to be," Fillion comments.
"Is it fast because you missed me?"
Fillion continues to walk in silence with his ears slightly red.
"It is," she says as she pokes his cheek.
"Welcome back," Fillion says softly.
