Chapter 2 - Chapter 1 - Webby

Webby sat in her room staring at the McDuck mystery board she had built over the years, and thought to herself as she stared at the picture of the three eggs under Della's name. People who asked about Della, or the other two triplets, had bad things happen to them. Like the mailman.

Louie walked in and flipped on her beanbag, pulling his phone out. "Sup, Webbs. Are you thinking about my mysteriously missing brothers again because you're obsessed and have no life?" Louie said, not looking up from his phone. Webby rolled her eyes and jumped down from the board to look at him.

"How can you not? You have two brothers that have been missing your entire life, and you're not even a little bit curious about them?" Webby asked. Louie sighed and put down his phone to look at her.

"I never said that, Webby. Of course I'm curious and worried about my two mystery brothers, but, c'mon. They're dead for all I know, and scrooge won't let me get a while word out when I ask about them. You know there's no use in trying to find them." Louie had a sad look in his eyes, clear he missed the bond he never got to have with his brothers. Webby frowned, and even though she understood how Louie was feeling, she wasn't going to accept defeat. His words only inspired her further and she got an idea.

"Hey, Louie, I think I know what to do..."

Scrooge was not expecting the ambush, which I guess is the whole point of one. Webby had laid a trap for Scrooge and just had to wait until he fell for it. After Webby and Louie tied him up, it was time for part two. Louie had to pull on Scrooge's heartstrings, soften him up so they could demand him to explain his brothers dissapearence.

When Scrooge woke up tied to a chair, he was not expecting to see Louie crying. He wasn't actually, of course, he was holding eye drops behind his back, but the con worked.

"Scrooge, my whole life I've been alone! My whole life I've known I've had brothers, but never once seen them!" He was milking the performance pretty hard. Anything for a scam. Scrooge just looked uncomfortable.

"Look, lassie, I know you want to see your brothers, but I just... After what happened..." Scrooge sighed. Webby dropped from the ceiling as Louie dropped the act, and they closed in on him.

"After what happened? You just what?" Webby said accusingly.

"Listen, bagpipes, you have some explaining to do and it better end with me meeting my family." Louie glared. Scrooge sighed, defeated, and knew he'd been beat. Maybe it was finally time.
