Blood of Kamio – Chapter 31
Everyone returned to Light Kamio Village. Atomic also came back. Onoki was very happy after hearing that Atomic was not the leader of the Blood of Kamio. All the members of Team 10 were introduced to Atomic.
After two days, Kamioma arranged a festival for everyone in Light Kamio Village. First, Kamioma made an announcement. He said that after two months, not all Kamioras of Light Kamio Village would go to war against the Blood of Kamio. Instead, an exam would be held. Only the Kamioras who passed the exam would be allowed to go to war. The exam would start the next day. Kamioma also told everyone the location where the exam would take place. At the end of the announcement, he told everyone to enjoy the festival.
After the announcement, the festival began. Everyone started enjoying it. Team 10 and Atomic were enjoying the festival together. Shiki was not there yet. She had told everyone that she would be late.
Onoki kept asking Atomic many questions.
During the last two days after Atomic returned, Onoki had asked him many things, and today was no different. His questions were about where Atomic had been all this time, what he was doing, why he did not come back earlier, and why he stole the secret book of Light Kamio Village. Through these questions, Onoki learned a lot about Atomic.
Atomic had not wasted his time during those days. He had traveled to many Kamio villages, gained knowledge about many things, and trained very hard. Because of his intense training, he had become extremely strong—almost as strong as Kamioma.
Suddenly, Shiki arrived. She was wearing a new dress and looked very beautiful. Onoki kept looking at her again and again. Seeing this, Atomic understood what was happening and started laughing silently.
Next day,
Everyone gathered at the location where the exam would be held. All the Kamioras of Light Kamio Village were present.
Kamioma said,
"Welcome, everyone. Today, the exam will begin. The Kamioras who pass this exam will go to war against the Blood of Kamio. But I must warn you—the exam will not be easy. Be careful. There will be three stages in this exam. In the first stage, you will enter a very dangerous dungeon filled with deadly beasts and monsters."
Some young Kamiora teams felt scared after hearing this. However, Team 10 was not afraid. Instead, they were excited.
The guard Kamioras of the secret book of Light Kamio Village stepped forward. They used a Kamio technique together, and several abyss portals appeared.
Kamioma said,
"Each team will enter through a different abyss. After entering the dungeon, you must find a way to escape. But once again, be careful—the dungeon is full of dangerous beasts and monsters."
Kamioma instructed Atomic to go with Team 10.
Kamioma said to Atomic,
"Be careful."
