Chapter 84 Hulk's First Time
Due to the angle, Betty didn't know what was happening until a group of soldiers shouted "General!" They then noticed Ross, whose fate was unknown, not far away.
"Daddy!"
Betty cried out in despair. Although she hated her father, blood was thicker than water. Seeing this, she immediately broke free from Hulk's embrace and ran towards Ross. Hulk
reached out, but ultimately withdrew his hand, not stopping her.
At the same time, seeing that Finney and Hulk had no hostages, the soldiers immediately opened fire again, the sound of bullets ringing out.
"Roar!"
Hulk's ranged attacks weren't enough, and he was also worried about Betty, so he could only shield his face with his arms. Finney, on the other hand, had it much easier; he unleashed a "Burst Magic" spell from mid-air, letting the soldiers know what art is—an explosion!
Betty's departure seemed to sadden Hulk. After glancing at Finney, he finally chose to give up the fight, then looked longingly at Betty running to Ross, before turning to disappear into the woods.
Finney was still pondering Ross's situation when he saw Hulk's actions, which only deepened his dilemma. He hadn't even found Abomination yet, and if he lost Hulk too, the trip would have been a complete waste.
"So what if he's dead?"
After thinking for a while, Finney decided that Hulk was more important. He immediately turned and flew after Hulk. Ross had brought this upon himself; who could he blame? If Ross had behaved himself and hadn't tried to escape, this situation wouldn't have arisen.
As for the potential consequences of Ross's death, Finney didn't care much. Currently, only Nick Fury and Tony Stark knew his identity.
None of them had good relations with the military, and even Nick Fury wouldn't betray him for Ross.
Besides, even if his identity were discovered, if they dared to act recklessly, Finney would go back to the Ancient One. With the Ancient One as his powerful backer, he didn't believe anyone on Earth could truly bully him.

The soldiers clearly lacked both the courage and the ability to stop the two from leaving, especially since the general's fate was uncertain, making the operation a foregone conclusion.
...
Although Hulk was running on foot, he was surprisingly fast, covering dozens of meters with a single stride, no slower than Finney's flight.
After running for a while, they reached a jungle, where Hulk spotted Finney hot on his heels. He immediately stopped and roared furiously at Finney.
"Calm down, I don't want to fight,"
Finney shouted from the air.
"Roar!"
But Hulk wasn't one to listen to reason; he roared back, seemingly ready to resume the fight.
Finney didn't want to continue fighting, but persuading Hulk seemed unlikely. In desperation, an idea suddenly flashed through his mind.
"Stop!"
Finney shouted, simultaneously summoning 'Jin Ji Fried Chicken Nuggets' frantically. It was as if fried chicken nuggets were raining down on Hulk.
Hulk was completely bewildered by this scene. While dodging, he unconsciously grabbed a 'Violet Chicken Wrap', his nostrils twitching and his throat involuntarily swallowing.
A chicken wrap that a normal person would need a whole hand to hold, Hulk managed to pinch with just two fingers, looking like a small snack.
"Try it, it's edible,"
Finney said to Hulk with a hint of anticipation, relieved that the skill had taken effect.
Although Hulk was dim-witted and easily angered, he wasn't completely oblivious. Looking at Finney, who had descended to the ground and kept his distance, and then suspiciously glancing at the chicken wrap in his hand, he finally seemed unable to resist the temptation of the aroma and stuffed it into his mouth.
Finney was overjoyed; indeed, the 'Violet Chicken Wrap' was an all-powerful skill!
A rare smile appeared on Hulk's憨厚 (honest and simple) green face, making him seem even smaller.
For Hulk, whose power comes from anger, the pleasure brought by the 'Violet Chicken Wrap' is actually a powerful detriment.
But Hulk obviously doesn't care about that at the moment. To him, the chicken wrap, which is not much bigger than a finger, is obviously not enough. He immediately prepared to pick up the chicken wrap that had fallen on the ground.
Upon seeing this, Finney quickly stepped forward and said, "Don't eat those, I'll make you some more."
With that, Finney summoned four 'Violet Chicken Wraps' in his hand and cautiously approached the Hulk.
The Hulk looked at Finney, bared his teeth, and growled softly, but upon seeing the chicken wraps in his hand, he whimpered, hesitated, and then moved closer to Finney.
A smile appeared beneath Finney's mask; this was clearly a good start.
Finally, the two were face to face. Looking at the Hulk's outstretched green hand, Finney gently placed all the 'Violet Chicken Wraps' on it.
The Hulk took them, opened his mouth wide, and stuffed them into his mouth, one after another, chewing them, finishing them in less than ten seconds.
Finney didn't mind. After Hulk finished eating, he immediately summoned a few more. And so it went, Hulk eating while Finney summoned more, until Hulk had eaten over a hundred 'Jinji Fried Chicken Rolls' before finally stopping.
"Burp~"
He even let out a satisfied burp.
"I'm a mage!"
Having finished feeding him, Finney pointed to himself and introduced himself to Hulk.
"Hulk~"
Hulk mumbled his name. Although he could understand some words, his vocabulary was clearly limited, making communication difficult.
"Friend!"
Finney understood this, so he gestured as he spoke, pointing to himself with one hand and to Hulk with the other.
"Mage, Hulk, friend!"
He clasped his hands together in a gesture of friendliness.
"Friend...mage...mage, Hulk, friend!"
Hulk repeated the words like a baby learning to speak, his eyes no longer filled with the anger he had shown at the beginning.
"Mmm!"
Finney nodded happily.
"Hulk...has...friends!"
Hulk was clearly happier than Finney. Since his birth, he had been hated and feared by Banner, and this was the first time he had experienced any other emotion.
Although his attitude towards Betty wasn't exactly the same, it was clearly influenced by Banner. Finney, however, was his first true friend.
"Yeah, a wizard friend!"
Finney nodded again. He didn't really have any prejudice against Hulk. Although he was a bit of a brat, compared to those superheroes who were always causing trouble, he was, in some ways, a good boy.
"Hulk, has...friends!" Hulk
excitedly stood up and shouted at the sky. The joy and happiness on his face was something no one had ever seen before.
But just as Finney was about to say a few more words to Hulk, Hulk suddenly collapsed to the ground. After giving Finney one last, reluctant look, his green color faded, and he gradually shrank, finally becoming a middle-aged man with chest hair.
And he was only wearing one pair of pants!
