3rdPerson POV. -- 1st of January - 2403 --
[Shizuoka Prefacture -- Hinode City]
Nestled in the eastern foothills of Shizuoka Prefecture, Hinode City is known for its sun-drenched streets, orderly neighborhoods, and a sense of quiet prestige. The cityscape is dominated by modern two-story homes, many of which are designed with both comfort and security in mind—ideal for pro hero families and upper-middle-class residents
The crime rates here are close to zero within the city because no villain is brave enough to come and attack the homes of many pro heroes and wealthy people here
There are both modern and traditional houses found within this city
Currently, in the local hospital of the city, within a resting room, a newborn had just come to life, the mother, a gorgeous woman with long luscious silk black hair that would fall all the way down her waist if she were standing, her form Is exhausted with her skin being pale white and her sky blue eyes staring at her hands, where she is holding her newborn, her beautiful baby girl.
Her eyes, those beautiful sharp blues that could kill somone with a single stare, is now being used to look lovingly at her daughter. 'My daughter' she realizes, yes, this is her daughter, her own flesh and blood.
The baby within the Mother's embrace winces as her eyes begin to open. Her tiny patch of head being covered in the same hair color as her mother's, and her eyes being the same sky blue color, though having a darker sheen to them than hers
The baby, though a newborn, does not utter a single cry. When her eyes open for the first time, her tiny eyes first look around her, as if assessing her whereabouts, her tiny visage contorts into a frown before settling on neutral, as if she's first shocked, then grows back into a look of calm, as if she's already walked this road before
"Retsu" The mother says, her voice composed but no less hiding her affection for the newborn. "Your name shall be Retsu, Benihana Retsu" The mother inclines, making the baby's eyes look at her this time, seeing an exact replica of herself in her first life, staring right back at her
Retsu doesn't look away, her tiny eyes staring at the woman without flinching. The mother does the same, and suddenly they get into a staring contest
Unfortunately, Retsu is a newborn, there is so much energy the baby body can exert, so her eyes begin to close going to sleep.
Before her new baby brain shuts down though, a single though accurs to her, 'same name, huh'

Days pass after she is discharged from the hospital. Now, the newborn Retsu is within her crib inside her gigantic looking room. The Benihana family is a upper-class family famous for the top pro heroes they birth within the hero society. Even it's current head is an active pro-hero right now
'this is the second time this has happened to me. Or atleast the second one i remember' her baby brows are furrowed, her eyes distant in reminiscence
'In my previous life as a shinigami i remember there reincarnation being real. That once a soul dies, their essence is cleared So they forget everything and they are sent into the reincarnation cycle' is that what she is experiencing too?
If that is the case then why does she remember the two previous lives that she lived?
'And that second life' she thinks, 'why and how could it depict my previous one as fictional stories told on TV and Internet as if some entertainment? ' she already had confronted the Author of bleach in her second life
His name was Noriaki Kubo, somone who got inspired to create her world based on a simple desire to draw people in black kimono 'how absurd' Retsu thinks
Then, after her shock of her previous life being real, Retsu decided to investigate every single fiction work on the internet, her reasons for doing so, she did not know herself. Maybe she wanted to have knowledge of every world out there, be the person who would know someone's else's story
Now, after she died in her 80s in her second life, a world where the only supernatural thing she discovered was these comics and shows depicting her world and others, Ohana Retsu died in her 80's of natural causes, being embraced by the family she created.
Now on her third life, she is known as Benihana Retsu, same first name, but her surname changed once more. In her first, she was a Kenpachi Turned Healer, on her second, she tried to learn the meaning of life before inevitable end, and failed in doing so.
Now on her third, let's see what life has in store for her

Being a baby once again was the one thing Retsu would never miss. It's impractical and a chore. She can't control her baby hands and feet at all, and she expells whenever her body feels like it. If she ever gets too hungry, she loses control over her own voice, beginning to cry until she is fed
One thing that she learned early on is that, apparently she reincarnated into a wealthy family this time.
From the walks that her new mother goes to around the mansion and gardens, always taking Retsu with her, she has seen and learned that their estate should at least be as big as a squad of the gotei 13
Then there is the major news she's learned from one day seeing the TV in their house. It depicted 'heroes' in weird costumes fighting other people who are called 'villains'
And so, that was where she learned of which world she's reincarnated into. 'This is My Hero Academia' she realized, 'yet another world that was shown as a tv show in my second life' truely, a mystery how her previous life worked
'Then this confirms my previous hypothesis. That other fictional world are real. Now the question left is to know if there are ways other than dying and Reincarnating in those worlds'

"All Might again. This must be that famous video that Izuku Midoriya likes to watch so much. I must admit, it does give quite the impression. " 2 years old Retsu is watching the news ever since she could walk on her own, a habit that she developed in order to get as much info about the current timeline as she could. her eyes are on the screen, seeing the famous footage of All Might rescuing more than 100s of people
"Earlier today, footage of a terrible incident at downtown Musutafu was recorded. Eyewitnesses say that they saw a figure leave the building before it got caught on fire. The whole 10 level building was in the crisis, with civilians being trapped in and outside of the building. Then in a blur of motion, Pro Hero All Might came to the rescue" The reporter entails, "we will now be cutting into a feed recorded by a civilian on site"
The camera changes into a site of smoke and fire, before the video holder is a bus, crashed into the building with flames all around it
As the man was recording everything, his ragged breaths audible from behind the camera, the video suddenly records a boisterous laughter coming from the incident
The camera changes while the recorder comentates, "what the hell is that sound" His muffled voice comes out, "who's laughing at a time like this?!? " He demands, and gets his answer the next second
A gigantic man probably 7 to 7'2 feet (220 cm) is seen stepping foot on the crumbled bus. Behind him, he is holding atleast 10 injured people, his smile bright and his teeth shining
All Might is on the scene!
"HAAAA HA HA HA! IT'S ALRIGHT NOW! WHY? BECAUSE I AM HERE! " He yells out, making some people think how loud he is, some people think, how can he laugh at a time like this??? , but above all, everyone notices his presence!
The video is 10 to 12 minutes, depicting the recorder's frantic shouting of the impossible, the Impossibility of All Might rescuing over a hundred people in the span of 10 minutes
Every time he rescues 10 to 12 people on his shoulder, back or arms, he is smiling and laughing, before bolting back inside the inferno and coming back with more people saved every 10 second!
"This is crazy! How is he doing it!?!? LOOK!! HE CAME WITH MORE AGAIN!!! " The camera closes on All Might again, who is Smiling towards the rescued. "It is alright now! I have come for the rescue! You are safe!! " He reassure the rescued while at the same time everything about him is recorded, marking this as All Might's Debut as the Symbol Of Peace
After 12 minutes, where the audience see the people completely rescued all by a single man, the video is cut and we go back to the reporter
"Testimonies and eye witnesses show it was a Villain attack, and although the pro heroes and police have not caught the villain yet, the quick rescue of Pro Hero All Might, Current Number 4 has been a monumental moment that will be remembered for the futures to come. Fans even speculate that he is the 'strongest' and shall take the Number one spot in the years annual hero charts this year. For further notice please stay tuned on XXX National Television "
It is precisely in that moment that Retsu's mother, Kie walks into the room. Now that she is out of labour and healthy again, her skin has gotten back it's sheen, her hair is no longer disheveled, but in a beautiful style with ornaments to hold it up. She is wearing a white long Kimono as she's walking into the room
Seeing what her daughter is watching, Kie gives a sigh of defeat, knowing that whatever she does, her daughter won't let go of this habit she's developed. And it is also this uniqueness of hers that has Kie love her so much. Regardless though, children her age shouldn't watch news like this
She scoops her up in a hug, closes the tv and heads into the backyard of their massive, traditional house
Once there, Kie sits on the tatami mat, her hand gently brushing Retsu's hair, while looking outside. "The Ohana flowers are beautiful this time of the season, Don't you think dear? " She asks, getting a nod from Retsu, who has completely snuggled in her mother's lab by now
"They represent the word 'family', those flowers" Kie informs
They stay there in quiet for a while, the duo of mother and daughter being used to the quiet. Suddenly though, Kie asks her daughter "My dear" She says, getting Retsu's attention "what do you want to beome when you get older? " She questions
In the eyes of Kie, Retsu has always shown more intelligence than children her age, the mother have always known her daughter to be special. Heck Retsu has never even tried to hide it. She may be a baby now but she was once the most cruel and despised crimilar on the Soul Society. In her second life she may have mellowed down alot, but those 80 years flew away in the flick of a wrist in her eyes
They compared to nothing before her centuries of living. So the question that she got now, about what she wanted to be in this life, it has never even occurred to her. 'Who would i want to become? ' she questions
"I don't know" Is her answer
Her mother nods her head, as if in understanding. Her eyes are to the far, looking towards the sky now, rather than the flowers in their backyard. Her hand still stroking Retsu's head gently
"That is a good answer" Kie says, earning her daughter's gaze. Kie looks down, her normally calm gaze now having a spark to them. "You are a child of wonder, my dear. Anything you put your mind into, shall become a reality" She says, getting Retsu's attention
Kie's eyes close, her head tilting a little, her smile affectionate, "live your life, free of burden, my little flower. You are my greatest gift from the world" She leans down and leaves a warm peck on her forehead
Retsu may not have many held dear within her old heart, but there is one person that she cherishes and loves here. She loves this new mother of hers, far better than her two previous ones

" Tachibana Retsu, 4 years and 2 months old. Quirk, Sanguimancy. It lets her control her own blood and manipulate it in any way she wants. It also has 2 distinct properties: it can either heal or boil somone based on the control she has on it"
Within a dimly lit room, a person in a black suit is reporting this to the person behind the table.
The person sitting behind the table,the highest Authority and director of The Hero Public Safety Commission (HPSC). A middle-aged woman with a stoical and steely expression, possessing a set of turquoise eyes and ash blonde hair that was slicked back. She wore a black suit jacket and dress, along with a purple shirt and a necklace.
Head of the HPSC, Madame President, the highest order within the commission that is responsible for the safety of the whole nation of japan. But also secretly the one who gives the order to eliminate people who defect from the Hero society, as well as the one who has given the order of eliminating countless unredeemable criminals
The new registered Quirk of a young girl has attracted the attention of the HPSC, Sanguimancy Can be a very versatile ability, Unfortunately...
"She is from the Benihana Family" The President intones, her fingers crossed in front of her face on the desk
The Benihana Family is an ancient and powerful family of sword practitioners. Their lineage has birthed exceptional pro heroes for 4 generations straight. With the current head being the current Number 6 pro hero, Redvein, rumored to be going up the Ranks this coming year of annual hero billboard chart
"Put her name under the yellow folder" Madame President says, getting a nod from the agent before he excuses himself with a bow and exits the office
Now left alone, Madame President, Kimmy sighs and let's go of her facade. She looks at the two folders on her desk, one of a 4 years old girl and another of her dad
"What route will you take i wonder" She looks at Retsu's folder, before putting them both away and going back to work

Author's note/ a little fast for a start i know, but trust me, there won't be much starting from now. I'll get into the lore of it later
I chose the name Sanguimancy because it literally means "Magical Blood" . Her blood is pretty magical to be honest. It can both Heal and Melt/boil anything she wants on top of having full control over her blood
In her first life, her Zanpakuto Minazuki --both shikai and bankai, was all about Healing and Melting. So i think the Quirk fits her completely
Also, i know it was kind of early to just introduce her quirk from the start, but since I've never seen anyone else do it like this before, i decided to do it like this. Hope that didn't kill the hype much 😅
