In a subway station, a relatively short girl is by herself, nodding off after a tiring day of the office.
"8:27" She checked her watch.
"The train comes in three minutes..." She started dozing off again.
*slap*
She slapped her face to keep herself awake.
"... ow." She rubbed her cheeks that were now stinging with pain.
"Just a little longer, then I can take a nap and then it's my day off." She spoke to herself.
"And I can enjoy myself to my hearts content." She resolved herself to sleep at home.
*SCREACH*
The train arrived just in time and she tried hopped on.
"Of course it's crowded." She was annoyed at the packed car as she got packed in.
"I mean it's the last train of the day," A voice came from beside her. "What did you expect?"
She looked to the speaker, it was a young girl with purple hair. "I was just talking to myself..." She waved them off.
"You shouldn't do that, it's not a healthy habit." The purple haired girl suggested.
"It's not a habit, I just don't want to fall asleep here." She shook her head.
"If you don't want to fall asleep, why not have a conversation about something fun?" The purple haired girl smiled.
"Sure, what do you suggest?" She asked.
"How about what you would wish for in your next life?" The girl wondered.
"Sure," She agreed, "I would probably wish for my memories to stay, so I don't screw up in my life."
"But that's boring, just one thing?" The girl was annoyed?
"Fine~, how about being able to go to different shows and anime?" She retorted.
"No magic? How will you survive?" The girl pointed out.
"But I don't have a creative enough mind for magic." She new herself well.
"What about the ability to negate one thing? That could be interesting." Her eyes sparked, "Like UN-stoppable, you won't be able to be stopped at all or even UN-avoidable or-"
"Ok, ok, I get it." She huffed, "How about UN-law or something."
"OOO! Good idea!" The girl nodded.
*pshhh*
The train stopped at her destination.
"Looks like I've gotta go, thanks girl." She waved as she squeezed through the crowd.
"It was fun Lily." The girl called out but was drowned out by the crowd.
"Huh? That was weird, I thought I heard someone call my name." Lily was confused but ran home anyways.
But she couldn't stop thinking about the girl, "What a strange girl... Who would just start a conversation with random people at night, not to mention she should be at home studying or someth-"
*HONK!!!*
Her internal monologue was cut off by bright lights and a horn heading her way-
"No wait that's a truck!"
*CRASH*
Lily was flung into the air by the impact.
"Huh... Is this how I die... I was too in my head about some random girl..."
*THUMP*
She hit the ground, hard.
"Ugh!" The air was knocked out of her lungs.
Now on the ground, dying, she couldn't help but think-
'I couldn't even finish my favorite manga! Damn you Truck-kun!
With that final thought, she left this world.

Meanwhile, on a completely normal day, a young girl is walking down the street, humming a tune and reading the final release of her favorite manga, Kimi ni Tsutaware, or To You, From Me.
"Agh-"
When she flipped to the final page, she got an intense headache, causing her to stumble so she sat down against the railing of the bridge.
"Why did I suddenly get a headache?" She rubbed her forehead when memories and information flooded her mind.
'I had a past life... There was a weird girl and I died by a truck, the ability to go to different worlds, and I have the ability to Negate laws?' She reviewed the information calmly, but when she got to the "negating" part, she got exited, completely ignoring the "the ability to go to different worlds" part.
'Negators, like from UNDEAD UNLUCK!? I should try mine out!' She tried remembering how negation abilities worked.
'First is "self targeting" and "externaltargeting",
Self targeting means it applies to only me and external means I can apply the negation to anything other than myself'
'Second is "compulsory activation" and "voluntary activation",
Compulsory means I can't control it and Voluntary means I choose...'
'Which applies to me?' She thought back to the info about her negation ability before remembering-
'It can be any! There's no rules that can touch me so I can make it whatever I want it to be!' She smiled mischievously.
'And I can do practically whatever I want~' She started drooling, 'I can shapeshift as there's no more laws saying I have to keep my form! I can even choose to be incorporeal and make people go through me as there's no more laws that can apply!'
'The only reason laws can touch me is because I let them!' She resolved herself, 'I'll live my best life!'
She tried standing, but fell back immediately.
'Yeah right... I have a headache.' She held her head in pain.
'Wait Can't I just-' She negated her ability to feel pain briefly 'Best to keep some pain, it's a good indicator.'
Now with her head clear, she stood up and looked around.
'Wait... I know this place!' She recognized the bridge, 'Isn't this where the story started!'
'I wonder when that'll be?' She wondered but remembered the manga in her hands.
'It starts today! The protagonist comes here after reading this to commit suicide!' She recalled when a girl in a red beanie, with a "GOOD LUCK" tag, came up the stairs, also reading the same manga as her.
'That's her! Fuuko Izumo!' She wanted to greet her but-
'I must come up with a plan!' She recalled the events following.
'Right she gets nabbed by UN-dead because of her ability to kill anyone she touches and that he wants death.' She started thinking before an idea popped up.
'I just have to get kidnapped as well! I can negate laws after all and he might want that~' She was happy with this plan for many reasons but the main being, 'I want to follow this plot closely!'
With that she watched as Fuuko hopped over the railing.
"Ok! now that I've seen my favorite manga end..." She snapped it closed, "It's about time..."
"...I end myself!"
