The system is failing, Country X has crumbled, the main city is crumbling and the low border rankers have all almost died out.
It all started with a disease from the border rankers that grew and caused a plague. Either turning one into a zombie -like mutant or a supernatural depending on blood type and family city rank.
The supernaturals are ranked by powers and abilities based on five common senses and an even deadlier ability called the MAD-DOG Psychokinesis or The Originally Gifted.
But recently a new group has been discovered. Originally gifted with ancient bio-like DNAs called the RAYERSLEIGH DRAGON DESCENDANTS. This DNA is carried by Only 7 people, 6 known, 1 unknown.
There are only a few originally gifted and some even hide the fact that they are. And they're ranked by lowest to highest that levels up from time to time.
The mutant like zombies are fast, sharp and are ranked by a Mutation Tier system(Tier 0- Tier 10)
The original main city has crumbled and the supernaturals have built another heavily fenced city inside the main city to keep those who were unaffected by the plague,city dwellers, those who aren't zombies like mutants or rather the common folks or the supernaturals safe.
As the mutants evolve, they grow faster and more dangerous. The hungrier they are, the more they repopulate.
