Lucy was going to go gather some intel on someone that she thought she could capture and gather intel. But she would've now backed off only for Ace to convince her about the plan.

Faraday laughed, as he was gleeful for having this opportunity in his grasp. Lucy true past was found out by the woman who Lucy thought was her partner. Then again she was always told by that woman that one shouldn't trust anybody in the mercenary business.

Kiwi scoffed as Faraday didn't let her jab at him get under his skin.
"It shouldn't matter to someone like you, besides without me you wouldn't be much out here without a job."
Faraday was a top fixer in terms of handing out missions to mercenaries. Compared to some other minor one's, they weren't worth batting an eye for. Kiwi eyebrow twitched, she was a good netrunner so getting another job was easy. But he was right, his rewards were really good to risk for.
"As the best fixer, i still strive to climb over the cooperate world, I'll still need your help to do so."
Kiwi was good netrunner and comparable to Lucy too. So Faraday wasn't going to let her out his grasp yet. She had plenty of uses, his cunning mind already planning things.

Kiwi remained silent, she wasn't still going to support him.
"I'll negotiate your commission and immunity, so keep helping this old man."
Faraday looked out to the city, the senary was vast. He was a step closer to becoming that person. Kiwi looked at Lucy, she really warned her back then.

Lucy eye flash a cold glint. Her expression frosty being first hand to be a victim to her betrayal. Her past was unraveled by Kiwi to expose to Faraday. She wasn't going to go easy on Kiwi.

Lucy felt herself turn with Ace's body as she witness them and some mercenary hounds think Lucy was still there.

"I'm a man of many talents, you'll able to know more of me as we spend more time together."
Lucy didn't question him further, she trusted him to say what he wanted to say. besides, she felt like she wouldn't stay here any longer than she should.
