Kia's POV
"No! No! Not my baby, please! I-I'll do whatever you want! Just not my unborn child, please!" I begged, covering my almost due pregnant belly.
But the person I am pleading to didn't listened, instead, it started hitting me straight to my tummy and before I knew it, I was already bleeding and screaming in pain.
"This is what you get for being a sly woman! It it wasn't for your twin-sister Ara, I could have just killed you, you useless mutt!" It said, its' voice roaring in disdain and disgust.
And as I finally looked up to see who it was, it hit my head with a metal stick, then just in time I was about to lose consciousness, I was jolted awake, then, I saw myself in the same hospital room, still unttanded.
The nurse who had been visiting me here to check on my vitals and giving me my meds said that I had been in a coma for a year and so, all bills paid but never got a visitor.
With a sigh, I sat on my bed, admiring the view of the moon from my hospital window, then, my door opens, revealing the same middle aged lady, holding her basket with the instruments she needs for my vital signs and as usual, my bitter meds.
Smiling, she then walked towards me, and started getting my vitals, listing it on my chart before handing me my medicines, as she checked on how I am holding up.
"I'm fine, Ma'am. Just had the same nightmare after gaining back my consciousness." I muttered before taking the pills she gave me.
There, she then reached for my hand and said. "I'm sorry that you keep dealing with this nightmares, sweetheart and I am sorry that I couldn't let you in for your personal informations, because as much as I want to help you, it appears that you were just transferred into this hospital and the only one they left us is with your name, nothing else."
Understanding her sentiments, I smiled at her and shakes head. "You've been a huge help to me, Ma'am, and meanwhile I couldn't remember who I am, I am at least alive, and I can make new memories." I murmured sweetly.
Giggling, she then patted my hand and said. "That's the spirit, Kia and as promise, once we got a go signal from your physician, I'll take you home for a fresh start."
Smiling even wider, I nod. "And I promise not to be a burden, Ma'am. I'll do anything to repay you for your kindess." I promised.
"Then get better soon, sweetheart, and remember, once we're out of this hospital, you'll call me Mom, okay?" She reminded, petting my head, so I nod.
"Go back to sleep, sweetie! tomorrow is another day and hopefully, you'll finally be out of this hospital bed." She added, kissing my forehead, goodnight before waving me goodbye.
With that, I did, praying to the Gods, hoping and ready to close this chapter of my life to move forward, and yes, they heard me, and today marks three years of that fated day.
And here I am, having my biggest book-launch and signing event just after a two-years of debuting as an author, but, as always, good things never last...
As I am in the middle of the event, came a family of seven. A father, a mother, three men, and a lady who look exactly like me, and beside her is a man, who look strangely familiar.
"Heh! look at her acting all decent and popular! Like she didn't star a pornographic video back then!" One of the three men said, followed by another, obviously mocking me.
"Excuse me, I don't even know you guys. So if you aren't here for the event, please go." I replied politely as I think they are older than me.
But then one of them grab my hair painfully and said. "You engrate! Think you can abandon your own family just because you got an amnesia! Hell no! You're coming home with us!"
The crowd erupted into fear and gasped shocks, some of them recording it, making the lady I look like grab its hand and said. "Big brother, let go. We're being filmed, if it gets out, our company would take damage!"
But the guy didn't listened, instead, it dunked my head to the floor. "It's fine, Ara! Just let your husband, Sol, remove it at the headlines. The fans of this mutt needs to know that they are idolizing a bitch!"
Then, my head started aching, making me scream at the abrupt pain I am feeling, and before I knew it, my nose started to bleed and not long after, I collapsed.

Sol's POV
Seeing their eldest brother's actuations towards Kia, I froze. I mean, I knew they loathed her for 'ruining' their reputation back then, when we all received its sex tape, but this is quite extreme.
And there's this fact too, where I clearly heard Ara said "Big brother, let go. We're being filmed, if it gets out, our company would take damage!" Which totally entails that she was stopping him out of worry about their 'reputation' not about her twin's safety.
And there's this reply of her big brother too. "It's fine, Ara! Just let your husband, Sol, remove it at the headlines..." and that's when I felt the chills.
Kia... She's always been this kind girl, a loner girl who loves being creative more than anything and of all those years I had been married to her out of an arrange marriage, she love all sorts of arts and actually excels on it, but I denied it all, calling it ugly until she just lose her passion and confidence on it.
During those times too, she kept on telling me that she don't want to get back to their mansion, but as I want to see Ara, my real love, I kept dragging her with me even if I had to hurt her at the process.
She's been so vocal to me too, on how they treated her, but never did I listen, calling her a pathetic liar, telling her that she wants my attention, never had a thought it was all true, until now.
Then, Kia collapsed and as their family froze, I moved and carefully scooped Kia into my arms. "You're all in this, there's too many cameras to cover up." I told them before exiting the venue with the unconscious Kia, driving her to the nearest hospital.
