"I am sorry, don't get emotional; you will hurt the baby," he said, reaching to touch her stomach.
"How did you know I am pregnant?" Evie asked, her eyes wide. "I had a physician examine you when you were asleep."
"You what?" Evie shrieked, looking at him furiously, taking his hand off her stomach and flicking it.
"Come down, please. Okay, physicians will give you the required medication, okay?" he said, ignoring her question.
"Renata told you, right?" Evie asked, gritting her teeth. "No, she didn't," Reign responded, looking around uncomfortably. "Yes, she did," Evie replied, his body language proving her point.
She stood up, walking to the door, and he followed her. She sat at the gazebo, signalling to Helga to go and bring the board from the door.
It was Renata who told her about Reign selling his sister to save himself.
"You cannot ban me again. You can threaten to burn the whole palace, and I will not stop coming," he said, plopping next to her.
