The rusted dog tag bounced off the cold floor tiles, stopping right at Jisong's feet. The numbers stamped on the metal matched the faded, jagged scar running down his left collarbone: SUB-009.
The silence in the server farm was suffocating, punctuated only by the steady hum of cooling fans and the pulsing purple light radiating from Zero's carbon-fiber staff.

Jisong (Voice trembling, hands clenched into tight fists): "You're lying. My village was a farming community... my parents—"
Zero (Yoon Shin-Woo): "Your 'parents' were paid researchers, Jisong! Do you really think normal kids develop Aura before their bones even fully harden? Chairman Kang didn't just build a business empire; he was trying to create human weapons. You were Subject 009. I was Subject 001."
Zero slammed the base of his staff onto the steel floor. A pulse of violet frequency shot outward in a ten-meter radius.
Instantly, the electric blue light around Jisong's hands shattered like cheap glass. Jisong gasped, dropping to one knee as a wave of intense nausea hit his system. His Aura channels felt completely frozen, like water turning to ice inside his veins.
Jisong (Gasping for air): "My... my energy... it won't flow!"
Zero: "Meet the Aura Nullifier. It emits a high-frequency bio-resonance tuned specifically to neural energy. You spent twenty years believing you were an avenging ghost. But you're just a broken science experiment."
2. Brotherly Reunion 🥊💥
Zero lunged forward with terrifying speed. Without his Aura to boost his reaction time, Jisong took a full-force staff strike to his ribs. The blow launched him backward, crashing through a row of server racks.
Wires sparked and metal groaned as Jisong spat blood onto the floor. Zero walked slowly toward him, lifting the staff for a executioner's strike.
Zero: "I'm going to erase every trace of Kang's experiments. Starting with you."
WHAM!
Before the staff could descend, a heavy steel filing cabinet flew across the room, smashing directly into Zero's side and forcing him to jump back.
Do-Gyu: "Get away from our leader!"
Do-Gyu, Yeonjun, and Se-Hyun burst into the server room. The rest of the Syndicate guards lay unconscious in the hallway behind them.
3. Tactical Retaliation ⚔️💉
Se-Hyun (Noticing the purple hum): "Don't get within five meters of that staff! It's generating a localized bio-disruptive field!"
Yeonjun: "Then we fight from range!"
Yeonjun drew three steel throwing daggers—a gift from Min-Ah's armory—and flicked them with razor-sharp precision at Zero's wrist. Zero parried them easily with a spin of his staff, but the distraction gave Se-Hyun enough time to reach Jisong.
Se-Hyun immediately pulled two long silver acupuncture needles from his belt and drove them deep into the pressure points behind Jisong's neck.
Jisong (Gasping): "Ahgh! What... what did you do?"
Se-Hyun: "I just force-opened your central nervous gate! It bypasses his tech, but it's going to burn out your physical body if you use it for more than three minutes! Fight now!"
4. Blue Flame Unleashed 🐉🔥
The blue Aura burst back to life around Jisong—not as a smooth flame, but as an unstable, roaring tempest. The raw pressure blew away the surrounding dust and crushed the steel tiles beneath his boots.
Zero's eyes widened slightly in surprise as his Nullifier staff struggled to suppress the sheer volume of energy pouring out of Jisong.
Jisong: "I don't care about Subject 009! I don't care about the lab! The people who raised me loved me, and the brothers standing behind me now are my real family!"
Jisong closed the distance in a fraction of a second, leaving a crater where he had been standing. His fist, wrapped in roaring blue lightning, slammed directly into the center of Zero's staff.
CRACK!
The carbon-fiber staff shattered into a thousand pieces under the absolute weight of Jisong's strike. The shockwave blew out every computer screen in the room, plunging the server farm into complete darkness.

When the emergency backup lights flickered on, Zero was gone. A shattered piece of his mask and a trail of blood leading to an emergency ventilation shaft were all that remained.
Jisong collapsed onto his back, his muscles twitching violently as the effects of Se-Hyun's pressure-point overload wore off.
Yeonjun (Checking his encrypted phone): "Guys... we have a massive problem."
Do-Gyu: "Did Zero escape?"
Yeonjun: "Worse. Someone just broadcasted our exact location and the live footage of Jisong's Aura breakdown to the Crimson Lotus and the White Tiger Crew. The Council knows his weakness now."
Jisong looked up at the flickering red emergency lights. The Shadow Syndicate's leader had been exposed, but a mole inside their own network had just handed STORM EDGE over to the remaining Great Crews.
