"I swear, I've been searching for her for about two days now. As much as she likes to do things her way most times, it is not like her to do such. I think she must have been kidnapped."
One of them shook his head at him. "Are you aware your daughter was listed amongst the last people seen with Adrian before his demise? We are actually searching for your daughter, not this photo of a bald guy we are displaying about." Tony was stunned to hear this. His ears turned red.
"Are you insinuating my daughter is wanted? And even if she is found now, would be arrested as a suspect?" his voice was slow and deliberate.
"Exactly, sir. So, we think she is doing all that on purpose. Though we heard from a source that she is heading to Washington, probably to catch up with a friend."
