Chapter 34 -  Chapter 33 I'm Going, I'm Gone

After the two sides introduced themselves, they each stepped back a distance.

  "Begin!"

Seeing that both sides were ready, Long Hengxu immediately announced the start of the match and then leaped off the stage.

After the match began, neither side rushed to fight, but carefully observed the other.

"Wu Lin, what's that pretty boy in white's spirit?"

Xie Xie quietly asked Tang Wu Lin beside him. He remembered that Tang Wu Lin seemed to know this person before.

"Brother Xuan's spirit is Green Leaf Sword Grass, which is a plant-type spirit, but the leaves of this Green Leaf Sword Grass are quite sharp, but..."

Tang Wu Lin was about to remind Xie Xie not to be deceived by Lin Xuan's spirit, but unexpectedly, Xie Xie only listened halfway before rushing out.

"A control-type spirit master? I'll leave him to him."

The Light Dragon Dagger in Xie Xie's hand flashed with light, and two yellow spirit rings rose under his feet.

 "Light Dragon Blade!"

The Light Dragon Dagger in Xie Xie's hand emitted a terrifying aura. He did not underestimate Lin Xuan and still went all out.

"Looks like they've given up on you."

Xie Xie's attack was incredibly fast; he crossed the open space in just a few breaths, his dagger aimed straight at Lin Xuan. Wang Jinxi and the other man stood rooted to the spot.

Lin Xuan stood still, his gaze calmly fixed on the approaching Xie Xie.

  "Sigh!"

Tang Wulin sighed, watching Xie Xie charge straight at Lin Xuan, turning his head away, unable to bear watching any longer.

  How dare he!

Sure enough, just as Xie Xie's dagger was about to strike Lin Xuan, Lin Xuan moved. He simply raised his leg and kicked at Xie Xie.

  "Looking for death!"

Xie Xie said coldly. The sharpness of his Light Dragon Dagger was such that it could cut through anything, even steel, let alone a leg.

  "Not good."

Before Xie Xie could even feel smug, Lin Xuan's leg merely swayed slightly, easily dodging the Light Dragon Dagger, and delivered a horizontal kick to his chest.

Xie Xie instinctively raised his left hand, wielding the Shadow Dragon Dagger, to shield himself, attempting to block Lin Xuan's kick.

  "Bang!"

Lin Xuan's foot struck the Shadow Dragon Dagger, and Xie Xie's expression instantly changed drastically as a tremendous force surged through it.

The next second, he was sent flying backward like a cannonball, straight out of the arena.

The clash between the two lasted only a moment; the audience only saw Xie Xie stylishly ascend, then be kicked away like a dog.

"Pfft! Hahaha, that's hilarious! I thought he was so powerful."

Some boys who had long disliked Xie Xie mocked him.

As Xie Xie flew out of the arena, a white figure leaped forward, grabbing Xie Xie by the collar like a chicken.

"For the next month, practice two extra hours every day."

Wu Changkong coldly snorted, placing Xie Xie on the ground. This was truly an insult to Wu Changkong.

  "I..."

Xie Xie's face flushed red, stammering, but ultimately he lowered his head.

It was indeed his carelessness; otherwise, they could have at least held on for a while. Now, because of his mistake, our team is practically wiped out with one less player.

"Gu Yue, don't stray too far from me. Brother Xuan is very skilled in close combat."

Tang Wulin's eyes were grave. He had originally thought that after his first seal was broken, he could win this match. Unexpectedly, he was at a huge disadvantage right from the start!

"Brother Xuan! Let me have this one; you've already taken care of one. You can have that little brat!"

Wang Jinxi chuckled and stepped forward.

His hands were itching to fight, so he quickly took on the task of facing Tang Wulin. He couldn't just go on stage and do nothing.

Gu Yue was an elementalist, which wasn't very effective against him; Wang Jinxi felt that Tang Wulin's style was much more comfortable.

"Alright! But be careful, he's somewhat effective against your spirit."

Lin Xuan nodded, then reminded Wang Jinxi. With that, he moved swiftly, charging towards Gu Yue.

Zhang Yangzi, as a control-type spirit master, already possessed an offensive second spirit skill, making him more suitable to stay in the back and support his teammates.

"Brother Xuan, I won't let you pass!"

A golden glint flashed in Tang Wulin's eyes, and a pair of black hammers appeared in his hands, poised to block Lin Xuan. But at that moment, Wang Jinxi stepped in front of him.

"Hey! I already said you're mine, can you stop ignoring me like this?"

  Wang Jinxi said discontentedly.

He had already completed his spirit possession, and his already imposing body had doubled in size, reaching over two meters tall, making him a giant among the children.

"Then I'll take care of you first."

Tang Wulin charged forward with his heavy silver hammers, hoping Gu Yue could hold out longer.

Meanwhile, Lin Xuan also arrived in front of Gu Yue. Seeing her unapproachable expression, Lin Xuan produced a deep blue longsword.

"Are you going down yourself, or should I send you down?"

Lin Xuan smiled at Gu Yue; this was a rare, legitimate opportunity to beat up the Lord of Soul Beasts.

The Silver Dragon King was practically a half-Dragon God; if he beat Gu Yue, it was practically Lin Xuan beating a Dragon God.

"Arrogant fool!"

Gu Yue sneered, flicking her wrist, sending a wind blade flying straight towards Lin Xuan.

Lin Xuan tilted his head, narrowly avoiding the blade, but Gu Yue subtly hooked her hand, causing the passing blade to turn and strike Lin Xuan's back.

Lin Xuan seemed oblivious, remaining calmly standing there.

Gu Yue smiled smugly.

Her wind blade could curve!

But just as the blade was about to strike Lin Xuan, he raised his longsword, without turning back, and blindly thrust it behind him.

The wind blade collided with the sword tip, instantly dissipating into a stream of air.

  "Hmph!"

Gu Yue snorted as she watched Lin Xuan easily deflect the attack, then raised her hand and sent several more wind blades flying.

Lin Xuan swung his sword, slashing away at the incoming wind blades one by one, then charged towards Gu Yue.

On the other side, Tang Wulin and Wang Jinxi were much more brutal.

  "Boom! Boom!"

A series of booming sounds erupted from the collision between Tang Wulin and Wang Jinxi. One was a freak with a powerful bloodline and a strong physique, while the other was a fierce battle spirit master with a top-tier martial spirit. For a moment, they were evenly matched.

  "Hahaha! That was exhilarating!"

Wang Jinxi's bone dragon claw once again knocked Tang Wulin back, and he roared with satisfaction. This battle made him feel great!

A real man gets this kind of visceral feeling from every punch!

Wang Jinxi was enjoying himself, but Tang Wulin's expression was not good. This guy's bone spirit conversion technique was completely countering him, and for the time being, it was impossible to determine a winner.

But Gu Yue couldn't be delayed, and Zhang Yangzi was still watching from behind.

  "That's the only option…"

Tang Wulin sheathed his hammer, looked at the bone dragon claw attacking again, and lightly swung his right fist.

  Roar!

A terrifying aura awakened within Tang Wulin, like an ancient ferocious beast, and in an instant, his right hand turned completely golden.

Wang Jinxi, who had been charging forward with overwhelming force, froze for a moment as if possessed. Taking advantage of this opening, Tang Wulin dodged the giant bone dragon claw and punched Wang Jinxi.

Wang Jinxi was instantly sent flying, landing on the ground more than ten meters away. He had been caught up in the attack and completely forgot Lin Xuan's warning.

  It worked!

Tang Wulin's eyes lit up with joy, and with a burst of speed, he charged towards the fallen Wang Jinxi like an arrow. Strike while the iron is hot!

But just then, a dark light curtain descended from the sky, trapping him inside. His senses were greatly compressed, and Tang Wulin could only see endless darkness.
