In that time, Asia had begun staying at Issei's house and transferred into Kuoh Academy. She even helped pass out flyers with Issei after school. Then one day, after classes...
"Are we... graduating from flyer duty?" Asia asked hesitantly.
"Yes. I already explained this to Issei, but passing out flyers is originally the job of a familiar. Familiars can also be used for reconnaissance or tracking. So, I've decided it's time for you two newcomers to get your own familiars."
Come to think of it, in the original story, Issei wasn't familiar at this point. So who handled his flyer duties then? Maybe the other club members' familiars filled in for him?

A small green goblin appeared in a magic circle on the floor. It was palm-sized, like a figurine.
"...This is Shiro," Koneko said softly, holding a white kitten that had seemingly appeared in her arms.
"And mine is—"
Just as Yuuto was about to introduce his familiar, Issei cut him off. "Yeah, yeah, we don't need to see yours."
Yuuto chuckled wryly and let a small bird perch on his shoulder.
As I thought that was all, a bamboo tube hanging inside my school uniform began rattling and shaking violently. I guess you want an introduction too, huh?
I opened the lid, and a long, slender yellow creature burst out and wrapped around my neck.
"This is Izuna, my pipe fox."
"You too, Ikki!? You even have a familiar!?"
"Issei, most people involved in the supernatural world usually have familiars," Rias explained.
"Um, so... where can we get a familiar?" Asia asked.
Just as Rias was about to answer with "Ah, that would be—" a knock came at the door.
Akeno responded, and the student council president and her staff entered the clubroom.
"Excuse us."
At the front stood Sona Sitri, followed by six girls and one boy.
"What's with the whole student council showing up?" Rias asked.
"Well, since both our households have taken in new servants, I thought it was a good time to formally introduce everyone."
"Wait, servants? You mean, !?" Issei said, clearly catching on.
Akeno explained with a smile.
"This lady is Sona Sitri, an elite devil and the next head of the Sitri family. All the student council members here are her servants."
"There are other devils at this school!?" Issei exclaimed. "Don't tell me there are even more!?"
"No, Issei. All the devils attending this school are gathered here now," Rias replied calmly.
Technically, Gasper is here too, but since he's sealed in that room under heavy barriers, his presence is nearly undetectable. I once asked Rias what that sealed room was, but she dodged the question...
"...Rias, is this the one you mentioned before?" Sona asked.
"Yes. This is Arima Ikki, not a servant, but someone who knows about the supernatural world and joined the Occult Research Club. And these two are my new servants: Hyoudou Issei, a 'Pawn', and Asia Argento, a 'Bishop.'"
"And this is my new 'Pawn', a second-year student, Genshirou Saji," Sona added, gesturing for him to step forward.
"Nice to meet you. I'm Genshirou Saji, a second-year student. I've just become Lady Sona Sitri's 'Pawn.' I look forward to working with you."
"A classmate and a fellow 'Pawn'? Awesome! I'm Hyoudou Issei. Let's get along!" Issei said enthusiastically.
But Saji sighed heavily. "Honestly, being the same type of servant as one of the infamous perverted trio really bruises my pride..."
"What!? I'm trying to be friendly and this is what I get!?"
"Want to fight about it? I'm a 'Pawn' worth four pieces. If we're both new, I don't see how I could lose."
"Heh! I'm a 'Pawn' worth eight pieces!"
"What!? Eight pieces!? Don't lie, you perverted freak!"
"Being a pervert has nothing to do with this!!"
As their argument heated up, Sona stepped in to break it up.
"That's enough, Saji. I said we came here to introduce ourselves. Hyoudou, I apologize. I hope you two can get along going forward."
Issei immediately lost all his fire under Sona's calm, graceful smile. "N-no, I overreacted too..."
"Um, I'm Asia Argento. Pleased to meet you!" Asia said brightly, extending her hand.
Saji eagerly took it with both hands. "Of course! A pleasure to meet you, Asia!"
"I'm Arima Ikki. Nice to meet you."
When I held out my hand, Saji reluctantly let go of Asia's hand and shook mine.
He was clearly thinking "Damn, you were 20 seconds too fast, I wanted to hold that beautiful blonde angel's hand a little longer…"
But still, Saji, I've been looking forward to meeting you!
"Now then, Saji. I've got a favor to ask as the only male student council member," I began.
"A favor?"
He looked genuinely confused.
"Please... do something about the perverted trio running rampant in the school. Up until now, the council was all girls, so it was hard to ask. But now that we have a guy, it's time! I'm counting on you!"
"Why the hell me!?"
"Come on, you're on the council, right? And chasing those guys around for their peeping crimes... it gets really depressing sometimes."

"The student council has discussed the perverted trio before. But their movements are too unpredictable, like acrobats. We don't have anyone capable of stopping them. "Who in their right mind would agree to that!?"

"So please, Arima-kun, just hang in there a little longer, for the sake of the female students' peace."
Damn it. I got dumped with the job again.
"...Hey, Issei, got anything to say for yourself?"
"Foolish question. I, no, we, will never give up peeping!!"
You really said that proudly... right in front of the student council president!?
"If... If Issei wants to see a girl changing, I'll undress for you...!"
"What the hell, Issei!? You got a blonde beauty saying that!? You depraved bastard!!"
Things were getting chaotic.
"You've got your hands full too, Rias," Sona said with a tired smile.
"And you as well, Sona," Rias replied.
And thus, both Issei and Saji got scolded by their masters and fell silent for a while.
Our first meeting with the student council ended... somewhat peacefully.
