In the lobby of the library's basement floor, Ashley Bowen walked toward Morgan Sinclair, holding two bags of ice cream bars.
Morgan Sinclair, who had been covering his face, looked up at Ashley Bowen and shot up, exasperated. "You're not actually going to use these to ice my face, are you?"
"Um, well..." Ashley Bowen looked down at her fingers. "If you don't want it, I'll just eat it..."
Morgan Sinclair rolled his eyes, snatched an ice cream bar, and pressed it to his face. "You can have the other one," he said through gritted teeth.
"Thank you, Your Highness!" Ashley Bowen's head snapped up, her eyes sparkling. She quickly tore open the wrapper, popped the ice cream bar into her mouth, and was instantly hit with a wave of coolness. 'So refreshing.'
Morgan Sinclair didn't know whether to laugh or cry. 'Should I call this girl silly or cute?'
