She was still holding a grudge over the time Mortimer Quincy threw the love letter she wrote him into the trash, right in front of her.
Seeing that she wasn't responding, Mortimer Quincy continued to pester her. He reached out, grabbed the tip of her ponytail, and gave it a couple of gentle tugs. "Holly," he said in a ridiculously charming voice, "I'll write you one too, okay?"

Holly Winslow was weakest to this side of him; it was completely irresistible. She scooted a little to the side and started to consider his offer.
