"Ah? Oh!" Mika Summers spun around in surprise. She didn't dare say another word, terrified that Tristan Grayson, in a fit of rage, might actually do something to her right then and there.
Tristan Grayson felt like this woman was going to make him burst a blood vessel. He was already struggling to hold back, and her turning around now was pushing him right to the brink. "Sit still and don't move. Just give me a minute!" he growled, holding her tightly to keep her from squirming.
Mika's face flushed red, and she didn't dare move an inch.
After what felt like an eternity—more than ten minutes—Tristan Grayson finally calmed down.
He pushed her off his lap and, before Mika Summers could even react, pulled her out of the suite.
Mika jogged to keep up, pouting unhappily. "I haven't eaten yet..." She hadn't felt hungry during her earlier emotional outburst, but now she was starving.
