All the chaos and madness ceased.
A brand new, monstrous serpent head took shape, several times larger than any of its previous heads.
Just one.
But the oppressive presence from this single head far surpassed that of the previous nine combined.
It was pitch-black, covered in twisted Bone Spikes and jagged Scale Armor, with no trace of its original serpentine features remaining.
The sole, colossal head slowly opened its eyes.
No.
Those weren't eyes.
They were two bottomless, hollow voids... burning with grayish-white Flame!
Then, the ten-thousand-meter-long serpent body, coiled within the massive crater, slowly began to move.
Its immense body spiraled upward, blotting out the sky.
The monstrous head, like a black Sun hanging in the heavens, gazed down indifferently upon the devastated land below.
Then.
It opened its massive maw, a mouth large enough to swallow a mountain range.
And with a ferocious... INHALE!
