When Clara caught up with Sierra Sutton, he had already walked out the main gate of the Quinn Residence and was standing by the road hailing a cab. The Quinns had sent someone to pick him up, so he hadn't driven his own car.
The baby spotted Clara right away. His previously downcast little face instantly lit up with a brilliant smile, and he started babbling, "Mama... Mama..."
Sierra Sutton turned to see her and helplessly corrected his son again. "Baby, that's Aunty. You have to call her Aunty."
Clara had already walked up to them. Hearing him correct the baby, she smiled and said, "If you can't get him to stop, just let him call me that for now. Anyway... he'll forget about me after a while, once he hasn't seen me."
At the thought, Clara felt another wave of sadness. 'The baby is still so little; his memories won't last very long. But I'm afraid I'll remember him for the rest of my life.'
