"I don't look well?"
"That's right. Your lips are a bit pale. They're usually so rosy."
Cecilia Adler figured it was from the medicinal and smoky smells at the small workshop. "I feel fine."
The auntie said, "Why don't you eat here today? I'll make your favorite braised ribs."
Cecilia Adler thanked her, then asked about Ian Quincy.
"He's upstairs, but don't go up there. If you do, he won't focus on his training," the auntie said, chatting with Cecilia while preparing tea and fruit for her. "Want to watch TV?"
"I don't really watch TV," Cecilia said. "I'd like to rest."
"Of course. Go on into the room and rest." The auntie led Cecilia into a room. "Your dad comes by often. He has a friend who deals in imported clothes, and when he heard your dad found his daughter, he started sending clothes here all the time. Pick out whatever you like and take it with you."
Cecilia murmured noncommittally.
After the auntie left, she opened the wardrobe.
