When she first woke up, Jessie Sterling knew Victor Morgan had just come out of the bathroom, but at the time, she hadn't paid much attention to what he was doing.
Now she knew.
Looking at her pajamas and intimates hanging on the clothesline in the bathroom, Jessie's face, which had finally cooled down, instantly flushed beet-red again.
The thought of Victor Morgan hand-washing her clothes—and her most private intimates, at that—made Jessie feel her whole body flush with heat.
"What is he doing!" Jessie muttered under her breath, grumbling, "I didn't ask him to do the laundry..."
However, when Jessie sat down on the toilet and glanced down, she saw several purplish fingerprints on her thighs. Her expression immediately soured.
