Justine Archer was stunned for a long moment before she saw Eve Lowell pick up her phone and call her grandfather. Eve's voice was so cold it sent a shiver down the spine.
"Grandfather, how is my brother supposed to woo anyone if he won't come back?"
"Just 'invite' The Concubine to the old family residence. You think he won't come back then?"
"As for what comes next, I'll make sure they end up together."
That evening, Aurora Sinclair suddenly received a text from Ethan Lowell asking to meet.
[Ethan Lowell: I'm waiting for you at the West Gate of Arcadian University.]
Confused, Aurora Sinclair called the number, but the other end was immediately disconnected.
She glanced at the time on her phone: 10:15 PM.
Pursing her lips, she changed her clothes and prepared to leave.
Leigh Miles was watching TV in the living room. Seeing Aurora dressed to go out, she sat up straight and asked curiously, "Aurora, where are you going so late?"
